DO NOT SHOP HERE! They are scammers! I placed an order on December 14th and I never received the item. I received an alert telling me the package was delivered, however I never received it! Immediately I reached out to ciatomer service to let them know and they gave me the run around (check here, look there). I did all the things they requested for me to do and still did not receive my toy! As I was expressing my frustration- the responses I received were rude! After a week of going back and forth, I was no longer interested in doing business with them. I requested a refund and I am still waiting! They are a scam! Shop elsewhere - do not spend your money here!

Absolute scam, I never recieved order updates from the delivery service and when my order never arrived I opened a case to find they sent it to a completely random address in Scotland! When I showed my order confirmation showing my address they claimed I changed it after the fact and refused to give me the product or a refund for their mix up. Absolutely fuming don't bother wasting your money with this sham company.

Toy broke in 2 days !! No way to contact them, obviously selling over prices RUBBISH.

Bought item that worked for the first time only then wouldn't charge. Requested refund or replacement and opened a case on Paypal as that is how I paid. They offered replacement but only if i closed the case first. I refused as then you are screwed. Paypal closed in sellers favour claiming tracking info i orovided was incorrect. Wth does that even mean? Don't buy from these guys. Get on amazon, same stuff, cheaper, and works. This is ripoff.

I never received my item. They refuse to refund me or send the item. Instead they went back and forth in my email and then completely stopped responding.

Never received order, no tracking information ever sent, they don't respond to messages/emails.

Scammers!! Run far away. I placed an order and immediately contacted for customer service, all emails were left ignored. I never got tracking information or anything, never received anything in the mail. Opened a case because I still don’t have it and all they do is keep sending a tracking number to something I don’t have.
Run far away, buy this from a reputable company, not some scam artist!

Tried to order a toy, my card was declined and my bank contacted me for a fraud alert. My card still isn't working.

SCAM! Never received part of my order and the part I did receive was faulty. The phone number does work and the address listed isn’t real. BBB stated the company operates out of Singapore.

Starting to feel like this is a fake site, not returned any of my messages will be claiming money back through PayPal. DO NOT USE THIS SITE

I heard alot about the "rose" and was curious to see for myself. It met my expectation and more. Customer service is FAST and GREAT!!! I don't think you will be dissatisfied or disappointed.

Scam. The “headquarters” listed on their website is nothing more than an apartment complex located in New Mexico. No way to change or cancel order without emailing only to never hear back from them. Lesson learned. Don’t waste your money.
