Helpful customer Service
I reached out to Ross & Liddell about weeds that were needing taken care of in my estate. The chat feature was super easy to use and Angus was really helpful at identifying the problem and explained he will pass it on to the correct department to deal with.
I put 4 stars as I shouldn’t need to chase them to do that job and I need to wait to see if they do clear them.

Great in-person visit

Soffit Issues.
We have on-going soffit issues within our building. 3 contractors have visited the site. Naturally its important to get this important roofing work done before end-August/summer. R & L staff member (Paige) was excellent in providing a full update and undertook to drive things forward towards a satisfactory conclusion etc. Her clarity and desire to help was obviously appreciated.
