Customer support unreachable, paint okay but maybe too expensive for how it's holding up

Contact form doesn't work, chat does not find your previous order nor a human to talk to, sending an email via said chat also does not result in any response from customer service thus far. Had ordered in november and used the kit to repair some dents. The result was okayish, close but not as well matching as I had imagined. Guess the instructions for better results could also be more clear and coherent. Since the kit was very expensive I was hoping for a reuse whenever the next occasion would occur (which was 5 months after), but to my disappointment the entire kit including primer, color and protection finish would turn colors and become dryish (although properly and quickly closed after usage). So in total I am a bit bumbed out about having spent 40+ euros on using 3 drops of liquid. Worst part is that customer service is unreachable

Colour match issue

Tried the same colour twice for my specialized levo mountain back with a year in between at least to find out if the colour match had improved. Unfortunately this was not the case for my particular bike, my recommendation to Rotaris would be to remove it from the website.

Delivery was fast

Delivery was fast, well pack I received what I ordered. However color did not match exactly. It's still better than looking at a scratch.
If I would search for a local paint shop, they would probably do a better job at matching color for the same money.

Very slow shipping

I ordered product on October 13, 2025, and have yet to receive the product. It appears that it is "on its way" via USPS, but has yet to arrive. Hopefully it will arrive soon.

Extremely disappointed.

Extremely disappointed.
I placed my order on September 20, 2025, and as of October 13, 2025, I still haven’t received it. According to the tracking information, it hasn’t moved and is still listed as being in international transit.

I’ve sent four or five emails with some basic questions about the product and haven’t received a single response. I even tried reaching out through Instagram, but still no reply.

At this point, I’m beginning to feel like my money was taken, and I honestly don’t know what else to do.

Super quick delivery

Super quick delivery. Much quicker than promised.
Read the reviews before I purchased and noticed a number of people saying the match is not exact.
I can say this is fair. However, in my case, it was not far off.
Initially the colour was a long way off but once the lacquer was applied and it dried, it was pretty good and I have a very tricky red (Cannondale Rally Red).
It's probably not accurate in the vendor saying it matches though which is why I've only given it 4 stars
Overall, very pleased and thoroughly recommended

Bad Color Match & Slow Customer Service

I ordered a paint kit for my Specialized Stumpjumper. The color is not a match. I have reached out to the company four times regarding a refund per their Satisfaction Guaranteed policy and have not received a response at all. I submitted pictures and my receipt. Very dissatisfied with their support and customer service. The point color was so far off that the bike looks better without the touchup.

EDIT: After four tries I did hear back from Rotaris and they did refund my order, but not the shipping. The color was still not a match, but at least they responded and did give me a refund. Based on this I would increase my review to three stars.

Shipping could be faster

Shipping could be faster, it took 3 days until the Order left the warehouse. Color does not exactly match the original color, you can see the differece but its still looking good and better than the defect.
