Really bad service, do not buy from this company, paid for an item and showed no tracking although on the website it says tracking will appear in 48 hrs, have not received the item

Wish there was a zero score. COMPLETE SCAM! AVOID at all costs.
Wish I'd read Trust pilot first!
Product arrived after 3 weeks, it was awful and there is no way to return it. They offer 10% refund. I managed to get 30% by pushing hard but that's a fraction of the cost. I'm SO annoyed - mostly with myself for being so stupid and secondly that people like this are allowed to exist!

DO NOT PRUCHASE FROM ROVA LONDON
Unfortunately we did not read trust pilot first. I can confirm it is a scam and should be avoided. The quality of the product received compared to that advertised is laughable. Plastic and nasty. Rova London is not a registered company on Companies House so are not regulated by UK legislation. The only thing we can all do is alert all social media channels they advertise on and get them banned!

Do not buy from Rova London, it is the same as Halden and Wolfe, total scam. The products are cheap and shipped from China. They will not allow you to return your products - it is theft!
