I`m new to earthing and I have sleeping issues. So I thought why not give it a try with the organic earthing mat? As a result my sleep has improved considerably.
Guess what, I don`t want to do without it any more. I´m very grateful I came across this mat.

I purchased the grounding sheet around two years ago, and have used it every night since purchasing. When I first purchased the sheet both myself and my wife experienced a tingling electrical sensation through our bodies, which gave us confidence that this might help. I suffer from Ankylosing spondylitis and I can honestly say I feel the grounding sheet helps with my aches and pains. After two years unfortunately a tear appeared in the sheet, I contacted Rowland to let them know, and I had an email the same day from Amy. She told me that they would send me a replacement sheet, and two days later the sheet arrived. If your looking into purchasing a grounding sheet, then I would highly recommend Rowlands, it’s a fantastic product that works, along with an outstanding customer service you can’t go wrong.

Rowland Earthing were brilliant from the first online ordering to delivery time. The customer service are excellent and very friendly, efficient and helpful. The sheet arrived very quickly. It is of a very high quality. After only a short period of sleeping on it both myself and my husband are feeling the positive impact of it. My husband tracks his heart rate, sleep, HRV etc and the improvement in sleep quality is also reflected through these stats. Will be buying more for the rest of the family!

I thought the sheet stopped working and the customer service team have sent me a replacement without any problem. I do not have to send the old one back. Good customer service response to my issue.

Had mine for about 10 days now. The first three or four nights it didn't seem to be making much difference but then I noticed I wasn't waking and staying awake for hours but going back to sleep quickly. Last night and the night before I slept through until 7-30 a.m., made a drink, read for a bit and fell asleep again until 10-30 a.m. (better put the alarm on for tomorrow as I'm making lunch for friends). I've had fewer back and shoulder aches and my eyes feel awake in the morning - something I haven't experienced since having to use eye drops for glaucoma about seven years ago.

I am on on day 1 of using the sheet.
Its lovely material and very soft. Great quality.
I am riddled with chronic pain..Fibromyalgia. MS. Arthritis.
Fatigue.
Im in a bad way. Although I want to see how I feel in weeks instead of 1 day..
I can say. I slept better without the tossing and turning in pain..
But most noticeable. My neck is usually in agony. I mean AGONY. And I woke with my neck feeling looser and not so much pain..
Im trying not to get too excited. But if this is after 1 day!! I can't wait to see in few months...

Efficient ordering and prompt delivery. After four nights sleeping on Rowlands Earthing fitted sheet I can definitely say that I have experienced benefits, better quality but not longer sleep, more energised throughout the day and reduced back pain. My wife also says that she has less back pain. I was sceptical of the claims but after reading many positive reviews thought it worthwhile to try it for myself and so glad that I did because in recent years I have not slept well, wake up still feeling tired with many aches and pains and fatigued during the day. Not claiming a grounding sheet is a cure all but for me it has proven to provide worthwhile benefits.

My husband suffered from agonising pain in his joints for years - there were many days he was unable to walk. Strong medication did not work.
Within 2 months of using the grounding sheet, his inflammation disappeared (we also stopped using aluminium foil at the same time).
Every morning he says the same thing…
“I can’t believe I’m not in pain anymore”.

I've given this 4 stars at the moment as I've only had it 1 day. However, I wanted to write this review to, hopefully, help other people take the plunge. As I was researching which Grounding Sheet/Company to buy from I came across a lot of seemingly positive reviews which I fear may be false relating to the product, the country of origin, the returns procedure and if they were a scam company. Thankfully, I found this UK based company which is genuinely run and managed by a good team of people. I ordered the Organic Grounding Sheet on Sunday night and received it on Tuesday via Royal Mail. The sheet is of good quality with no 'chemical smell' that other company's products have mentioned. It was beautifully packaged and I appreciate the fact that a tree has been planted on my behalf too. As I said, I've only used it for 1 night but I am hopeful that it will work to improve my sleep and the pains in my knees that keep me awake. Fingers crossed.

This is a good company that do what they say. Give it a try, if it's not for you, they will refund you. It's worth the risk because, if it does work, the benefits will be life changing.

Wow what a delightful difference!

I was hopeful and yet cautious about this product. I suffer from generalised inflammation as well as injury related inflammation due to being a body therapist. Being peri and almost post peri menopausal compounds my symptoms of pain in the night, with associated poor sleep and regular pee breaks. Tried all sorts and yet this!

Fourth night of no pain, fewer pee stops and a notable enhanced quality of sleep. So thankful and for me, it seems to be working, so I would recommend 🙏😊

I’ve been using my earthing sheet for just over 2 months now. My sleep has totally changed - I’m now sleeping through the night every night when previously I’d wake up needing the loo most nights. I feel like I’ve had a much better sleep when I wake up. I have a few aches and pains which I’d hoped this might help with, but so far I don’t think it has had a huge impact. I still give 4 stars though, because the change in sleep alone is worth it!

like many others I was sceptical but took the plunge - I immediately noticed longer and better quality sleep, but the big success for me was seeing my irregular heart beat disappear, which I check each day.

I purchased my earthing sheet last year and from the first night I slept on it, I no longer get up in the middle of the night needing a wee! Of course there are nights when I’ve been ‘out out’ and do need to go, but I can honestly say I sleep through until my alarm clock wakes me up. So my sleep has benefited tremendously from it but unfortunately, I still have pains in my feet that haven’t benefited from the sheet. However, I wouldn’t ever not sleep on one now.

I've had my grounding sheet for a few years now. I initially started using it when grappling with pain from a couple of herniated discs. I thought it may have been coincidence that the pain started to dissipate. Maybe it is. But when I moved house I left the sheet off my bed and was suffering from aches and pains on waking. When I realised I wasn't using the sheet I put it back on the bed and things have improved massively. I really rate the sheet and the voltage meter is still showing the sheet is working.

I was A little bit sceptical but decided at worst, it would be a waste of money. The first Night I slept quite well, but as the days and weeks went by the difference was incredible. I have neuropathy and arthritis and type two diabetes this grounding sheet Has made an amazing difference to all three issues and I feel so much better. I would highly recommend it and I would never be without it. The company service is amazing as well.
