Very bad

Very bad, got like 20 downtimes in a month cause of DDoS.
Sended pcap'S again and again and everything so they can fix it, they said its done and still the same attack came trough.
At the end he says the Firewall isn't configured corretly, but asked plenty of times if my current settings are correct and he even logged in my server to check the setup and everything was fine he said.

Moved to Arbor Protection, attack came trough, reported it and still since 1month no issues anymore.

Also the community is very toxic and insults you when saying anything about RoyalHosting, without even knowing the context.

PS: RoyalHosting does report all negative reports instantly, thats why every bad review is also verified, the good ones aren't tho of course.

I am renting a Dedicated server from RoyaleHosting. The quality of both network and technical support is excellent. Thanks to DDoS protection panels, I can quickly write my own firewall rules. We are also doing an active BGP with RoyaleHosting and I am happy with it.

5 stars are not enough!

With that being said, Royale Hosting is and will always be the best option for me and my community's needs. I used to use the bigger, more well-known hosts as an option, but after 3 months with Royale Hosting, I will never consider using anything else.

I bought an Enterprise Dedicated server because I was using O**Cloud and was experiencing attacks, downtime, and was almost losing all patience. Then my friend suggested Royale Hosting, and I decided to give it a try. I purchased a server from them, and the support team quickly set up my dedicated server. I literally had it deployed within HOURS.

After setting up the server, I was good to go, and I have never stumbled upon any issues or anything like that. I trustfully use Royale's dedicated server to run a FiveM server with about 150 players daily, a website, and for personal storage and other needs.

Royale is BY FAR the best option for anyone looking for hosting services.

Asked on March 30 for a server with DDOS protection in the United States region, offered a custom server, which will be ready on April 3. I also needed an announcement over BGP of my IPv6 subnets. The CEO of this hosting Stan, as I know later, advised me in chat and suggested everything I wrote above. By April 3, and even by April 6, nothing was ready. It's April 28 and I still haven't received the service. Only Stan communicates with me, he is constantly finds excuses in chat, i.e. calls one term, then another. There are constantly problems with server installation (either the motherboard broke, or Amazon delayed delivery of parts). I've already lost enough potential profit due to waiting and my money because the IPv6 subnets in the lease and I pay for them every month. About the lost time I am silent, there is no point in writing. Until I write in a chat or a ticket no one answers me anything. At the same time, the communication is very friendly in order to put the user in a position to pay. Stay away from this company.

The CEO of the company agreed to issue a refund on Monday (01.05.2023) Today is May 11 and the funds are still not received because the quote is "first time cryptopayment is being returned". I need to wait 14.05.2023 =)
P.S: Today 23.05.2023 Stan requested my wallet address for refund, I'll update review while it will be refunded.
P.P.S: Today is 28.05.2023, I haven't received my funds yet, It is like a circus. I am waiting refund (because nothing have been done by RoyaleHosting) for about 1 month.
09.06.2023: The funds have never been returned.

P.P.P.S:We finally found a compromise and the funds were transfered to my PayPal account by the seller.
