Absolutely love and adore this shop. Stumbled across them in 2021 and Ive only ever used online shopping as i live the opposite end of the country, but theyve always hit the nail on the head with dispatch, orders and help where needed. Wish we had one of these stores in Kings Lynn to visit!

Brilliant customer service, forever a loyal customer
After recieving an email with a 30% discount code, the code wasnt working as I didn't realise it had expired, after emailing my code to them they replied promptly and explained about the expiry and as a goodwill gesture they provided another valid code to save on my order. They have competitive pricing, great deals and regular discount vouchers via email, I don't use anyone else now. After I used the code and ordered, my order arrived same day in a matter of hours, which was more than ideal given I was all out of liquid 10/10

Have used this company a fair couple of times with no problems will use them when they have what I an looking for at cheaper price than anywhere else great customer service my package was damaged by royal mail in one order which I declined to take, I got in contact with customer service they were great asked what the issue was and they were straight on it with getting a replacement sent out with dpd

Royal Flush first order complete
Just placed our first order with Royal Flush Vape, process was nice and easy and the choices available for our vape was average, not as big a selection than other places but had most of the ones I wanted apart from 2 out of stock but will just get them once they are in stock. I was very impressed with the multi buy offer and it beats other websites by miles plus a very good welcome discount.
I had a few issues with getting the code to work but customer service on live chat were very helpful. Also had a few issues with payment not going through but after trying multiple different methods I found one that worked.
Looking forward now to our first order arriving, hopefully Royal Mail will get it to us quickly.

Always buy my coils from royal flush vape! Best price I’ve found anywhere! And always super quick delivery! I will say however I think their choice of juices and devices are lacking a bit compared to some other sites!

RFV is more than a vape shop an on line store they want to help you when u need help they reach out to you if there is a issue the response time is so fast an they truly care I have been a customer for the last 3yrs and I mentioned something just in passing and they picked up an gave me advice I think they are a 1st class company with amazing customer service care and respect I feel blessed to have stumbled across them an won’t use anyone else
