Could be more choices available but great quality

Ordered items on 29 Feb 2020 and as of today 11th March I still have not received them. This is not the first time I have had items delayed and had to contact the shop. Very disappointed.I have just read your reply and it was only 1 item that had to be pre-ordered. I have now received the other 3 that I ordered. I can honestly say that the 3 other items I have received today are excellant and I have no complaints about them.

I have been buying clothing & books for several years now. Service is quick, and response to direct email enquiries are friendly & helpful. Prices are reasonable & postage rates are not prohibitive.

My main problem is the "Search" bar. Nothing that I type in comes up. When you had the "Pusser's grips": type it in - nothing - so you have to trawl through various headings to find whatever; calenders, diaries...The upside of that is seeing other things you "have to have"!!!

I often recommend RM Shop also because profits go to the RMA!

Days later...I see that the RM Shop website has changed - now the search bar works better! Great stuff, but I will still trawl!
