Upon attempting to track my order, the system indicates that no order is associated with the provided mobile number. Despite multiple attempts to contact Royaloak, I have not received a response. This experience reflects a significant deficiency in customer service, and I regret my decision to purchase from Royaloak.

Very poor post-sales service from…

Very poor post-sales service from Royaloak India. I purchased a dining set under an exchange offer where my old dining set was supposed to be collected before delivery of the new one. I received multiple pickup confirmations by call and message, but the pickup person repeatedly failed to show up. Calls were ignored, excuses were made, and fresh promises were broken again and again.

I escalated the issue to the store manager, visited the store in person, and even contacted customer care. Despite repeated assurances, nothing was resolved and no proper callback came from customer care.

The main problem is not just delay, but the complete lack of reliability, communication, and accountability. Customers should not have to chase a company this much after paying for an order.

Worst Experience with RoyalOak — Far from International Standards

The bed I purchased is poorly assembled, unstable, and extremely noisy. During installation, the service team almost skipped a crucial wooden support and attempted to proceed with makeshift adjustments. Even after installing it, the workmanship was careless and improperly done.

The bed shakes with the slightest force and produces disturbing noises while sleeping, making it unsafe and highly uncomfortable. When I raised these concerns, the installation team responded unprofessionally, saying “this is how the bed is” and left without resolving the issue.

This level of product quality and service is completely unacceptable for a brand that claims to be international. Forcing customers to keep a defective product when they are clearly dissatisfied reflects poorly on RoyalOak’s standards.

I have photo and video evidence and have requested a full refund, but have not received any response yet. I strongly advise buyers to think twice before purchasing.

This is a fraudalent store

This is a fraudalent store. We had placed an order for coffee table set in August with full payment taken in advance and promised to be delivered within 10-12 days. Till date we have not recieved the product. Whenever we would call the store or customer care we would get hoax responses that product is in mumbai warehouse. We had to face sheer embarrassment of placing plastic tables during a family function due to this unprofessional and unethical store. We have requested for refund and cancellation however there is no resolution. If you want to enter a scam or be cheated then only place any orders here. It’s a shame that such a well known brand having India presence has ulterior motives to harass its customers. Worst experience ever! Buying something from the road side or building something with our bare hands would have been much better than this. Pathetic how they fool their customers day in and out! Yasmeen from customer service team will reach you and then go absconding. She does not respond to your calls or emails. She is highly unprofessional.There is zero support from the company to help Customers concerns.

Not Recommend to buy anything from this Store

I found the collection at Royaloak quite impressive, and the staff behavior was courteous and helpful. However, I’m very disappointed with the quality of the product I received and the after-sales service.

I purchased a sofa that appeared visually appealing from the front. However, after a few days, I noticed some defects, particularly with the right-side handrest, which didn’t look properly finished. Upon raising the concern, I was initially informed that the product would be replaced. Unfortunately, after 3-4 days, instead of a replacement, a repair team was sent.

To make matters worse, the sofa they attempted to repair already appeared to have been previously repaired, and the fabric at the bottom was damaged. This is not the quality I expected from a reputed brand like Royaloak, and I’m disappointed that the company did not honor the promise of replacing a clearly defective product.

Worst product and after sales service

Never ever purchase ANY furniture from this Royal Oak. No after sales service. They don't have option to give feedback in their site. Customer care number is not working, whenever working it will be busy and an automated call will come we will revert back shortly but they never revert as usual. ONCE you made payment, they are least bother about the customer. I have sent around 15 mails, no reply. So in all there is no communication mode with them once payment done.

Ordered Single seater recliner…

Ordered Single seater recliner -Royaloak Muar Malaysian Fabric Recliner Single Seater - Grey worth Rs:20,000. After delivery found that it is very hard. We started getting neck pain due to the cushion quality. We went to the nearest store and checked the product. Whatever they have it in the store is soft and comfortable. But what was delivered to us was defective. Recorded the video and mailed customer care. They are very arrogant and refusing repair/refund. Now after long struggle, they said technical person will come and review. Waiting for them. Please don't buy anything from these guys. There is no professionalism and they will be good only till you pay money and order the product, After that they wont respond or care for it. Stay away from RoyalOak. Better to go for Wakefit or Sleep Company. They are very very professional and great customer service and quality.

Don't buy products from this company

Don't buy products from this company. Neither the product quality is good, raked up price and not a matching value. The worst of all is the customer service, I do agree with everyone here not ethical and non-professionals.

No delivery after taking money

I placed an online order for a Penang Malaysian Boss table 1.8M in Melamine on 5th June 2024, through Royaloak’s website (royaloakindia.com). I paid ₹24,000 on this order number 000098802. Based on the information from the website and conversation with the sales adviser they promised me that they will deliver the product by 26th June 2024. However, I haven't received the delivery yet.

When I contacted them they are unable to provide a delivery date or a proper reply so far, also refused to refund, its over 95 days. I will take them to court of law.
Please avoid this company, do not buy anything from their shops or online.

Royaloak: Never Again

I placed an online order for a 3-door Zara wardrobe on June 18, 2024, through Royaloak’s website (royaloakindia.com). The order number is 99969, and the total cost, including tax, was ₹11,500. According to the website, the product was supposed to be delivered within 10 days. However, the delivery did not occur as promised.

When I contacted Royaloak customer care at 917676367636, I was informed that the product would be delivered by July 3, 2024. But once again, they failed to deliver. I called customer care again, and this time they assured me the product would arrive by July 20, 2024. Unfortunately, they missed this deadline as well.

On July 20, 2024, after another call to customer care, I was told that the product was unavailable in their warehouse, and they had no idea when it would be back in stock. I requested a refund, but they refused.

Between July 20 and August 20, 2024, I called Royaloak customer care 10 to 15 times, requesting either the delivery of the product or a refund, but no resolution was provided.

For 65 days, Royaloak has been stringing me along, neither delivering the product nor refunding my money.

They dont have after sale support.

Hello customers , Just read this before purchasing expensive products from this shop.

We made a purchase of a leatherette 5-seat recliner from this brand. Regrettably, after a mere 2 years of use, we encountered a significant issue with color fading. Upon requesting service, we were charged a visitation fee of 500 rupees, and a third-party service provider was dispatched for repairs. It is worth noting that we invested 1.5 lakh rupees in this product, only to receive a recommendation for local materials commonly found in products priced at 20-30k rupees in the market.

We strongly advise you to exercise caution when considering this brand for your future purchases, as it appears official repair support may not be available from the company.

Poor service.. Fraud company

I bought a dining table which is totally defective. When I raised an issue they sent me a replacement of table which is also defective after that they picked a product and promised to refund my amount within 10 days but more than 20 days are done still I didn't get my refund. They are not answering my calls and their all products are belonging from China not from Asian Malaysian wood which they commit on the store or website. The quality of their products is totally poor and defective.
So, please be aware of this kind of fraud brand.

I purchased Rocking Chair from Banaswadi branch Royaloak Incorporation Pvt. Ltd.

1. Received Defective product ( Bad Quality Product)
2. No message to notify the complaint number nor the technician response were updated in the system (Bad Quality Service)
3. Issue with Ethical behaviour - Store manager promises to replace the product on time but not replaced within stipulated (Bad Ethical or behavioral issues) - Pradeep from the store who called me to have a word disconnected call during the discussion
I have a question, How Company can survive with bad Quality product, service and ethical behaviour

Also there is no process to Refund as well. Why not when I am not happy with Royaloak Incorporation Pvt. Ltd. product ?

FRAUD, AVOID

Bought a double bed in Jan-2022. They did not deliver the supporting legs and got broken headboard and footboard. Headboard and foot board was replaced and the installation guy asked to use the bed and they will provide support legs in a few days. Bed obviously broke even from side panels. RoyalOakIndia customer care picks the call and tells we will deliver. But it is almost one month they failed to deliver the product whole and they are not taking the parts they have delivered . Not ready to give the refund. They don't have refund policy it seems, If you cannot deliver the whole product then it is fraud to not refund the amount. Even if you buy a product from kabadiwala, he might give a better product than RoyalOakindia.com
Very frustrating. TOTALLY AVOID.

Poor service! Don't order from them!!!

My order was promised to be delivered on Aug 2. When called to check the customer service nobody knows what's going on.

I initially wanted to cancel the order as the promised date won't work for me, there was no option to cancel the order online. I made a call to the customer service and mentioned that the expected delivery date is late, and I want to cancel the order, the agent said he'll check and let me know. Then the person who manages Royal Oak for all the South Indian states (at least that's what he claimed to be) called and assured me that the order will be delivered on or 4 days before the delivery date.

Couple of days before the promised delivery date I called the local store who would be delivering order and checked if the order will be delivered by the promised date, but the store said that it will be delayed by 2 days. I called the store on the new expected delivery date, and they said it won't be delivered on that day. When I got tough, they gave me the number of the Warehouse dealer to whom the product was already sent. When checked with the warehouse dealer he said he won't deliver until someone enroute to me places another order and it could take up to 10 days. Why should I wait 10 more days for someone else who lives close to me to place an order when my order is already delayed??

While this was happening, I was in contact with customer support, and they don't know what is going on and always said the product will be delivered by the promised date, when questioned about my call to the store they always say "We'll check and let you know" but never call me back. They never seem to know what is going on. Really poor service!!! I don't recommend ordering in royaloakindia.com

While ordering the website mentioned "5% cash back for HDFC Bank" when paid through debit card I didn't get the cash back when asked about that they said it was only for HDFC credit cards.
