Fantastic coaching and very supportive environment for kids
I recently joined my 8-year-old child at Royal Racketeers Badminton Academy, and the experience has been fantastic so far.
Ali is a brilliant coach — very patient, encouraging, and excellent with children. He makes the sessions fun while still teaching proper technique and discipline. My child really looks forward to every class and has already grown in confidence and ability.
We also had a small timing clash with other classes and needed to move to a different slot. Although all sessions were fully booked, Ali really tried his best to understand the importance of my child attending and managed to adjust and fit us into the requested timing. That level of flexibility and care made a big difference to us. It really shows he genuinely cares about every child.
Overall, Royal Racketeers Badminton Academy has been a wonderful experience, and I would highly recommend it to any parent looking for a supportive and well-run badminton coaching environment for their child.

We’re really pleased with the badminton…
We’re really pleased with the badminton coaching our son has received. The coach Ali has been fantastic at creating a positive and encouraging environment, which has helped build both his skills and his confidence on the court.
They explain techniques clearly and make sessions enjoyable, keeping him engaged while still challenging him to improve. We’ve seen great progress in his footwork, coordination, and overall understanding of the game.
What stands out most is the coach’s patience and ability to work with young players, making sure they feel supported while developing their abilities. Our son always looks forward to his sessions, which says it all.
We would highly recommend this coach to any parents looking for quality badminton training for their child.

Ali is a great teacher
Ali is a great teacher.He keeps discipline but at the same time he is fun and interactive.Kids at the club are well behaved, no bullies are allowed. This is the third club we tried and by far the best.I would probably prefer to have a bit more time for game as it is only 30’ out of the 2h session but my son does not complain.

Regarding the playtime, while our standard plan is 30 minutes of fitness, 1 hour of learning, and 30 minutes of game play, we often integrate games into the learning, which can extend the fun beyond the dedicated 30 minutes. Best Badminton Academy in Berkshire
I enrolled my child at RRBA 6 months ago, and the experience has been fantastic! The coach Mr Ali is incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and encouraging—perfect for young beginners. They focus not just on technique but also on discipline, teamwork, and building confidence.
The training environment is safe and well-maintained, with age-appropriate equipment and structured classes that keep kids engaged and active. My child has shown great improvement in both skills and enthusiasm for the sport.We especially appreciate the personal attention given to each student. The academy does a great job balancing fun with learning, which keeps the kids motivated.

Ali is truly an exceptional badminton…
Ali is truly an exceptional badminton coach. He goes an extra mile to make each kid shine by coaching them on their Strengths and Weaknesses. He motivated my kid to perform better by pushing him to go out of comfort zone. He also provided opportunities to play with other Academies. Looking forward to his kind guidance in future. My 7 days work experience.
When I first came to royal racketeers badminton I had less confidence and less communication skills, but now I feel more confident and have more communication skills. And how to properly do a proper warm up. The student sometimes can be misbehaved but some good students who listen to my instructions. Coach Ali is a great coach who care about his students health and safety and know to how to perform a good session in badminton. Overall, royal racketeer’s badminton is a great place for beginning sports clubs and it’s a safe environment for everyone.
