As I’m 81 and after having cataract surgery, I was a little apprehensive about ordering new and reglazed glasses on line. However I was very impressed with your customer service prompt reply when asking questions regarding my prescription as I was uncertain as to how to proceed. Other questions were also explained in an understanding manner.
Unfortunately when ordering reglazed blue lens glasses I was asked if my prescription had a prism to which I replied yes.
I now think that as they are reading glasses perhaps I shouldn’t have been charged £10 for this.
As I intend to order a few more pairs of glasses perhaps you would consider giving me a credit for that amount.
