Reliable and helpful service
My order arrived around five days after ordering. Although it is supposed to be on a 48 hour you have to take into account weekends are not working days. It would be nice to have quicker delivery but I understand the postal service is not what it once was. Royal vapes however are very reliable and very helpful I would use them again no problem.

We’re sorry to hear you feel this way. We did fully inspect your device and confirmed it was not faulty. Our returns policy and the 30-day guarantee cover faulty products, but once a device has been used it cannot be refunded simply due to a change of mind, in line with consumer regulations.
We did add reward points to your account as a goodwill gesture and returned your device to you. We always aim to be fair and transparent with our customers, and we regret this wasn’t the outcome you wanted.
Excellent service
Very good delivery service and the products I buy(zuess) are top quality. I've tried other companies who claim to deliver fast but don't, I've never been let down by Royal Vapes.
