They don't actually send you the game! You have to print it all! It does not make it obvious online at all!

* Update - after complaining I received a full refund which is much appreciated.
I strongly advise the company to update their website to reflect the product accurately.

I had issues downloading after I purchased the map bundle but minutes after I sent them a messages I received an email with an alternate link that allowed me to successfully download and use the elements. the product is actually a collection of very useful graphics and brushes.

Overall, the product is very good. I'm not giving it 5 stars only because it's presented in a much simpler way than it actually is. Using Photoshop or other programs still requires a fairly good level of skill. Anyway, great work.

I bought the pack with some nerves as ive never played a game like this before and thought it would be a fun start to try. Both me and my wife enjoyed the first story we played The Garden of Promises and we were surprised at how simple it was. The support i got from the team and advice was amazing one of the best customer service experiences I've had in a long time. Would strongly recommend and very grateful for the advice.

I saw an ad for the date night bundle and thought it would be the perfect gift for my husband, after purchasing it. We went through the campaigns and are trying to pick one to play, I seen the mystery gift that was sent to me as well, when I tried to access it to see the maps and tokens, I was unable to open the link, I contacted the customer care and Rachel contacted me back in less then 12 hours. Rachel helped me through it and even sent me a new link for the mystery gift that worked. I love the artwork for the maps and tokens, the ideas for the campaigns are awesome cant wait to start playing it.

RPG Maps Forge was very decent to me, there was a misunderstanding about the content, and they worked with me to solve my problem. Look very carefully when evaluating you selection, as my set wasn't 100% clear on the nature of the content. The crew will work with you and their response time is amazing.

The ads and website are very deceptive and misleading. From the photos and description it appears this is a physical product, but it is actually a digital product; with countless and very large pdf's that require a significant amount of printing/additional costs. Reading other reviews I see that lots of other people had this experience and I wish I would have looked up reviews before purchasing.
When I contacted them about my confusion they initially danced around confirming that this was a digital only product, they avoided my question completely, and directed me on how to download the files. When I requested a refund they said that they could only refund half because this would be a significant loss for them. Rachel did end up getting me a refund but it took going back and forth before they were willing to refund me. The whole thing feels pretty shady.

Horrible experience. I ordered before the holiday giving time for shipping. I placed my order and I thought that was it. It didn't look like my transaction went through and it was "suggesting" that I get this "add on" for $50 which was very deceiving because I clicked on it and it charged me a total of right around $100. I quickly realized my mistake and contacted them explained what happened and they refunded me for the item I didn't want. Then they said I could leave a review and that they would send me a little bonus. I left the review and replied that I did it. A day later they ask for a screenshot of my review...okay...I went there and it was gone. I said that I didn't have time for the extra bundle and if they could just send me what I ordered. A day later I got a reply that if I go to the top right and click on an icon I can then get the bundle. I replied that I literally didn't want the bundle and if they could just ship me what I ordered. I never got a reply, I asked for a full refund because I wold now have to spend even more money on a Valentines Day present. No reply that holiday or that weekend. Then on Monday they gave me a full refund. 100% the worst experience I've ever had with an online company.

Reachel was very helpful with me getting my order downloaded and with zero trouble.

The experience is very good.
The product is only digital and yes, this felt like not pefectly clear in the advertisement.
The comunication with the seller was quick and clear for any doubt.
After one adventure out of 3 I can already say it was worth it.
Even if the product is good for beginners I think I will suggest at least one to already know basic DnD stuff like building a character and battling, to avoid having to study a lot of rules to play quick adventures; anyway these are a good dip into the world to introduce someone or as a excuse to try DnD.

I haven’t gotten to playing through any of the RPG yet, but I skimmed through it and love the outline and the illustrations! I appreciate all of the helpful pages that help someone like me who hasn’t played DnD before. I had a hard time downloading the campaign and customer service helped me in a timely manner.

Awesome company. attentive with helping for any questions asked. Bought the couples bundle for an engagement gift for some friends and were very helpful transferring the gift over to the correct email. would recommend for anyone who likes D&D or knows friends that would enjoy it!

Didn’t realise this was a digital download and got in contact with customer services. Rachel was so helpful, gave lots of tips on making sure I downloaded everything ok and resent the link.

We haven’t played yet but I am really looking forward to it. We loved playing D&D but parenthood has put a hold on it for a little while so this will scratch our itch for sure. Thanks again Rachel and the team!!

The art is really nice and high quality, I have looked over the content and it looks well thought out. There is a lot of printing involved and you don't have to print everything. We haven't played yet but it look fun. I did initially think it's a physical product so that could be more obvious.

A fun series of one-shots! They strike a nice balance of guiding the game and leaving it flexible for change/personalization.

Do note, you're getting a digital version of the adventures. I would just print out the physical hand outs, and leave the rest to view on a laptop screen while running the game.

As with any one-shot, let loose and have fun.
