Delivery was shambolic, I assume this is more to do with the courier they use than the company. Kit arrived damaged, had to refuse the product and it went back on the van, so will see how this all gets sorted out. No communication from anyone yet.

Recently purchased a Tyr for rack and while there were a few teething issues with getting it set up I can’t fault the support given by the team and in particular Adam who not only took the time to go through the issues I had with the rack but also upon hearing I had purchased Astro and a prowler took the time to find out about my setup and give me advice on getting everything put down ahead of time to ensure the best possible outcome. This was invaluable to me and I have to say the rack, the Astro and prowler are all fantastic and I’ve finally got a set up that works for me. So thanks for the help. Any company can do well when there’s o problems but the way you fix a problem is the big thing and for me the communication throughout this was key and again Adam thanks in particular for your time setting me on the right path with it all
