Laura is always so friendly, helpful and prompt when dealing with any issues I have had.

We have had a property with RPMS for several years now. Laura took over the management of our property several months ago and the level of service received from her is excellent and I cannot fault it. She is polite, responsive and incredibly helpful, all in all a pleasure to deal with.

I've used RPMS for several years now and would recommend them without reservation. They have always been diligent in responding to issues raised by myself as a landlord and also by tenants. My portfolio manager Laura is proactive and has always given good advice.

Having just moved in to a flat let by RPMS I have had some very bad experiences .
After many emails and phone calls for almost 3 weeks if it had not been for Laura Saunders who is just amazing ,she is professional efficient kind and helpful I think I would have packed my bags and moved in to Premier Inn. Something I think other staff members would do well to learn , not to tell clients to read instruction manuals when boiler is unrepairable and not user error as was told is the normal problem . All appliances need to be replaced all past repair , not my imagination or incompetence at using them , they didn’t work .
All appliances are being replaced and many many thanks to Andy from Beverley Domestic Appliances .co.uk his help has been ffirst class .
Hoping that it’s onwards and upwards now problems have been found and can start to enjoy life in my flat .

Katie Puckering and Robert Corn, of RPMS were both excellent, wish the same could be said re the landlady of the property we rented for 9 months. We had just returned from living in the USA for over 20 + years whilst awaiting our house to be built. It was made into the most uncomfortable 9 months of our lives, so glad it is over and we can now get on with our lives.
Have to mention everyone we have come into contact with in Beverley have been extremely helpful and friendly.
