super easy to deal with. delivery was next day and product is top tier. this was not my first purchase of this brand but first time direct and i must say there products are top quality

The most amazing service, great products, never failed to deliver within 2 days.

I had a delivery that didn't turn up.

I was simply told to go looking for it, I have tried all the neighbours but I do not know them and it could have been stolen or accidentally binned.

I had evidence that the delivery location was not my address and in about 1/4 mile away from me. I also have CCTV so I can see that no attempt was made to delivery to my house first.

Horrendous 'customer service'

Parcel was not actually delivered despite being marked as such. When I requested company follow up with Royal Mail as per Royal Mail process the owner refused to help as it was marked as delivered and he couldn’t be following up on customers postage issues. If you purchase from this company and there is an issue you will not receive any help and you will lose your money.
