Collected are car yesterday Toyota Yaris cross the process went smoothly thank you Annalise who helped us choose are car and thank you to the lovely lady who greeted us and made a nice cup of coffee.
Would definitely recommend to family and friends.

For several years I have always returned to RRG Rochdale, and this is why.
Went in today to collect my new Aygo X, on entering a lovely, smiley, welcoming lady by the name of Alison greeted me, she went above and beyound to settle me in a seat and called the Sales lady Shaz to alert her I was slightly early.
Shaz then proceeded with the usually handover for my new car. Shaz was her usual helpful and informative self (the reason why I continue to return to RRG and deal with her).
The collection went smoothly with Shaz giving me full guided tour of my new car and showing me new features of the car.
Cant praise the service enough. Highly recommend RRG Rochdale!

I took the car in to have a door switch changed expecting to be maybe two hours and it actually took me 20 minutes to do the work. It was top-notch to work. The dawn switched now work really well I got free coffee while I waited and the staff were happy and helpful. I couldn’t have asked for a better service. I’ve used the same dealership for the last five maybe six years. I’ve never had a problem with them. They are kind, caring staff and the service is excellent.

We had a scheduled appointment today, Monday, January 26th, 2026, to view and test drive the Urban Land Cruiser.

Upon our arrival, Mel, at reception, extended a most cordial welcome and directed us to a designated table where Kyle, our sales professional, would meet with us. Refreshments, including tea and coffee, were provided, and a personalized "reserved" sign bearing our name was prominently displayed on the table.

Following our discussion, we proceeded to inspect the Urban Land Cruiser and were pleased to confirm it was the precise model we were considering for purchase. This afforded us the opportunity to test drive the exact vehicle we might acquire.

Every aspect of the viewing experience was exemplary. The sole minor concern, which is indeed negligible, was the limited availability of accessible parking bays in the car park, and the one available space was occupied by a Toyota vehicle without a visible disability badge.

We extend our sincere gratitude to Mel and Kyle for their outstanding hospitality and exceptional customer service. They are truly an asset to RRG.

After owning my old Toyota RAV4 for 19 years, I finally decided it was time to upgrade, so I visited RRG on Edinburgh Way in Rochdale. From the moment I arrived, Vicki Jones was a great help. I’d been quite daunted by the whole process, but she immediately put me at ease. All the staff were super friendly and welcoming and genuinely made the experience enjoyable. I’m now the proud owner of a stunning Yaris Cross Excel. Vicki took as much time as I needed to explain all the new features and one of the mechanics set up the new dashcam. Vicki later followed up with a call to check how I was getting on and has offered to go through any of the gadgets again with me any time. Fabulous service — thank you to everyone at RRG.

Did a part exchange of a 2018 c-hr hybrid 1.8 litre icon. Wanted to upgrade and update. Been tempted by the new 24/25 but caught sight of a stunning 72, 2 litre GR sport in white. Aisha made the whole process easy. And it was ready for pick up 4 days later. Our old car was serviced and mot done annually at RRG Rochdale and the service is always amazing to the point ive even took out a service plan again for the storm trooper. Would recommend anyone looking for a Toyota definitely buy it from RRG Rochdale.

Vicki took time to show me a few used cars that I was interested in. Then we narrowed it down to one with a low mileage Yaris Cross. I had already had a test drive in a Yaris and was very pleased with the vehicle’s interior and the boot size was a lot bigger than years ago. It was a very smooth drive.
She also spent a lot of time talking me through all the controls on the panel.
I would give Vicki 10/10 for the care and help she gave me to select my next car.

Bought two cars from RRG Rochdale.Sales and after sales service is excellent. Service contract means no nasty surprises. They also provide a collection service which is very convenient.

Called in with a query about my new bz4x and only waited around 5 minutes when a sales person called Steve came to sort me out. He was highly professional and very friendly and a credit to the company.
My problem was solved within minutes thanks to him.

Staff at RRG Toyota at RochdaIe are always very welcoming and helpful. I have just purchased a car and was looked after by Vicki. She was brilliant. She new I was nervous about swopping to an automatic, and she couldn't have been more patient. I wanted to change my car for another Toyota because of the service I have always received.
