When I returned from a short break I noticed that someone from the company drove my car at 140 km/h on the morning my car was being dropped back to the airport.
This type of unprofessional and illegal driving is completely unacceptable and I would not leave my vehicle with this company again and I would not recommend this company.
I used this service a few weeks ago and I have been trying to contact the company since I returned to make a complaint.
I have used the message system on their site and rang the office number on numerous occasions. Nobody has responded to my message and there is no voicemail option.

Exactly as described. Parked outside terminal 2 and RS rep met us and took car. On return rang RS when we arrived at baggage belt. When we arrived outside terminal 2 after a short wait our car was returned to us. Would be happy to use again

So back last night. Our flight going out was 6am and we were not in last night until after midnight. So times were very early and late. I also emphasised that we had a 2 year old with us. All went brilliant. While the driver was 10 mins late on the pick up, he was there last night when i walked out and a joy to see him as it was pouring rain. . I was extremely happy with the service. The driver was friendly and polite. A great service and I will definitely use this company again. Annette

I have used this company several times.
Its so handy, you just pull in to the airport and they come straight away to pick up the car, when you return you just ring them and they come to meet you.
I'll definitely use them every time I'm going away.

Really great service. Dropped car off right outside departures and met them there again coming home. Very polite to deal with. Will definitely use the service again

A contact number was provided for the driver so I was able to communicate directly with him. Timely & smooth service. Took all the stress out of parking & saved time. More importantly my car was safe. I will definitely avail of this service again 👍

Unauthorised car used while in their care.

I used this company for airport parking and unfortunately had a very concerning experience.

While my car was in their care, it was driven multiple times over a period of several days without my permission. My vehicle’s tracking system showed it leaving the airport area on a number of occasions, which was very worrying as I had left it expecting it to be securely parked.

The company did acknowledge that this happened and initially agreed to provide compensation. However, after agreeing this, they stopped responding to my calls and messages and the matter has been left unresolved.

I would strongly advise others to be cautious when leaving their vehicle with this company, as my experience involved unauthorised use of my car and poor follow-up in resolving the issue.

Terrible service, slight delay at drop, 30 minute delay at collection despite sending text updates & calls pre & post bag collection giving sufficient notice . Dirt to inside of car on door when full valet paid for

All staff polite courteous and on time. Drop off and pick up went seamlessly well even when Our flight was delayed and didn’t arrive til 01:30. Will definitely use again

This is a great service and would highly recommend it. It's especially great for an early morning flight when you only have to drive to departures set down and hand over your keys. The staff were very efficient.

Avoid at all costs!! I was charged €35 for my car to be washed while I was away and came back to a half washed car that was put through a petrol station washer. Driver left us standing for half an hour even though he was rang 30 minutes in advance and said he’d be 10-12 minutes. An absolute waste of over €100

NEVER AGAIN. DREADFUL SERVICE. 20 CALLS TO GET AN ANSWER. WAITED AN HOUR AND 20 MINUTES TO GET MY CAR. LONGTERM CRAPARK IS QUICKER.
