Quality products, the application is ok. Fast delivery, well packaged. If I could find some screws in the box so I wouldn't have to go to a hardware store, it would be great. Maybe in the future it will work with FBW a32n, it would be excellent.

Ce site est très sérieux,une super équipe a l écoute et très efficace, toutes les commandes ce sont bien passées.

I ordered a $200 flight simulator device on the 16th of december, and paid $50 for "expedited shipping". According to the website prices include Shipping, Customs Duties, VAT costs.

After 14 days, the order is finally shipped. This does not look like "expedited shipping" to me.

Second i receive messages from DHL that i must pay $50 for Customs Duties and VAT.

On chat messages there is very little response when i asked for shipping status one week ago.

All in all, first expierence is not great. Hopefully the products are..

Customer service was great I had a tail motor go bad on Mt C-032 two weeks after purchasing. I emailed them about the problem. They sent a replacement motor. It did take a while to get it in hand and in communications was good but a little delayed because of the time difference. Overall very satisfied

I got the parts in a timely manner so that was good. But the main rotor head assembly I ordered came without the screws to hold Blades to the shaft. Normally a call in should do it, but the one a day emails makes communication frustrating. I send a message and get a response about 8 in the morning. Send a reply and I get nothing till next day. A simple conversation could take a week to resolve.

I just received the explosion proof carry case from RTRHOBBY at a cost of $150 USD. Absolute cheap product not only damaged in shipping but inside was made of pressed wood, latches are barely attached with rivets that fasten into that wood. This could not possibly be worth $25.00usd and not possibly safe to store rc batteries or your rc heli.. This product is so cheap, the cost is outrageous
