First of all, the dress took almost a month to arrive. When it did, the fabric was very heavy and cheap feeling. The sizing was bizarre, with the sleeves being twice as big around as they needed to be and the dress was just ugly when put on. The worst of it is that if you want to return something it has to be returned to ENGLAND which is expensive and confusing. Don’t buy from them!
So far so good. Just placed the order today for my mother-in-law who has very narrow feet. I hope the shoes are as wonderful as everyone comments. If they turn out to be great shoes I might order myself a pair.
Ruby and July kept me posted from ordering to packaging to shipping to delivering! On my feet, these orange boots orange boots are sturdy, easy to put on and take off, and super colorful! Love!
Ruby and July Palm Beach WARNING do not shop this online based business unless you want to get taken buy cheap low quality shoes and clothing that they claim are luxury. They post product descriptions that are misleading or just completely false. They price stuff high then list it at a big sale price or markdown to get your attention. Dollar Tree and Dollar General have better products for the money. I just got ripped off purchasing cheap shoes and boots that I would have never even considered purchasing had I seen them in person.
Shipment time was excruciatingly slow. Over a week to ship - tracking links didn't work and responses were not at all helpful - just that your order is processing and "on track." Finally 15 days later my order arrive from China. Item is not worth the cost - shoes that weren't even in a box for $69.99 and made of cloth.
