Perfect customer service
The tracking wasn’t showing up for my purchase. Contacted customer service who advised it seemed to have gone missing in the Royal Mail system and sent me a replacement. She advised if the original item showed up to keep it as a gesture of goodwill. They did both arrive after all so I will gift the extra item to my daughter in law. This is the best customer service I think I have ever had. And the product is fabulous also!

An excellent mascara, easy to apply with the slim applicator. this may not be for a person wanting thick application of mascara but for me I want my lashes separated and the mascara not to clump all over the lashes. So easy to remove with warm water
