I've ordered two pair of shoes directly from their website, but had to sent them back due to the wrong size. I've messaged them on the stated email address on their website and waited 5 days in vain. Messaged again, no reply.
Luckily I've paid my purchase with Paypal and I've got them involved to solve the matter.
Eventually the company got in touch with the label attached to the email. There was no apology for a late reply or letting me wait. This is absolutely unprofessional and even I love their shoes I won't buy from them again at all.
Please be careful and if you buy from them I would recommend to go the save way and pay via Paypal.
For me it was a really disappointing experience and this company has to sort out their logistics immediately and work on their professionalism.

The shoes and bag I ordered are lovely. Colour is exactly as seen online and are in perfect condition. Delivery came when expected. Excellent service.

Easy to walk in, stylish. Some models really hurt your feet so you have to be careful which size you pick as I think some sizes are incorrect. I normally pick the ones with flowers on the side and straps near the ankles as the straps provide support. I’ve brought about 5 pairs now, they’re amazing . I have even sprinted in them for about a few minutes without falling.

Appalling customer service. I have tried numerous times to make contact to ask for a returns label. I have had no response to email, phone or text and I suspect I won’t. I wouldn’t touch this company

I rarely leave reviews, but I just had to for Ruby Shoo because I adore them so much! Ever since I discovered my very first pair in Ireland back in 2015, Ruby Shoo became the only brand I consider buying for these type of shoes - nothing else ever comes close!

My latest obsession is the Valerie Pastel Glitter wide fit model - the most "unicorn" shoes I've ever had the privilege to own.. They are pure perfection, so magical, unique and comfortable! :)

Ruby Shoo lovely shoes, BUT they use EVRI for delivery and they are terrible. I want to return the shoes ( lovely but too big) and I can’t get a return label . Evri is impossible.

Lost item. I did not receive the £40 bag I purchased even though it said ess delivered . No response from customer service. When I have reached out to them for advice. I have telephoned and left message and sent several emails and still no acknowledgement from the seller. Very very poor . I have paid for goods not received then.abd been ignored by customer service

Customer service clearly doesn’t exist in this company?
Ordered some shoes for a birthday present, the wrong shoes were sent. Emailed customer service a week ago and still haven’t received a response. Shocking.

Definitely wouldn’t order from here again.

I recerved the wrong Show and ist is also too small. I‘m returning ist ans have ordered a new one .

Items took a little longer to arrive than I anticipated but when they arrived they were well packaged.
I ordered a matching bag and shoes set for a wedding, and they are stunning!!
Sadly, the shoes are so narrow they don't fit and I'm not even sure the next size up would either. Upon checking the website, the next two sizes up aren't in stock and so I will have to return both.
I sent my return request the day after receiving the delivery and am still awaiting a reply.

Beautiful shoes. I bought Sophia in Teal Good quality. Very comfortable
When I wear them, I always get compliments.
I will be buying them in Onyx.
