Definitely a scam I would not order with them again. This is now the second order that has been delayed and they’ve decided to ghost me at this point. Both times I waited the entire allotted time and both times they have yet to deliver. I was told my bag would ship on June 12th then the 13th then the 15th. It’s now the 16th and my bag has yet to be shipped and they refuse to respond to me. I even offered to pick up the item. It’s honestly really sad and very poor business practice.

I ordered a green lunch bag in August and faced ongoing communication issues. The delay was due to product coming from China, but I received no proactive updates. My estimated ship date was not initially provided. I was later provided a November date, then early December, and I had to check social media for information. The owner’s responses felt condescending.

I did receive a credit when asked if I wanted to cancel, but overall my trust in the company’s ability to deliver is very low. Communication and customer service need major improvement.

I placed an order on 3/12/25 and today is 3/30/25 and all I received was an email stating that a label has been created. I commented on the owners TikTok page expressing my concerns and he deleted the comment and messaged me saying he promise the package would be getting shipped out that day which was 3/27/25 and the item still didn’t get sent out. Mind you it’s a one size fit all skull cap. I’m also a mail carrier so I know how the usps shipping system works which is what he’s apparently using to ship.
