I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with RUDSAK.
I purchased a smart jacket for around $700–$800, expecting premium quality and service. Unfortunately, after just one wear, I noticed a defect in the jacket. When I went to the store, I was told to contact the company directly since it was an online purchase.
After sharing all required details with customer service, the only solution offered was to send the jacket back at my own expense for repair. For a product at this price point, this is unacceptable. A defective item after one use should be replaced or refunded, and at the very least, return shipping should be covered.
This experience does not reflect the level of quality or customer service expected from a premium brand. Very disappointed with both the product and after-sales support.

Je trouve les produits bien fini a des exceptions prêts. J’ai deja 2 manteaux hiver. Des bottes d'hiver et un pentalon de neige. J’ai achete cette fois ci poir ma conjointe un manteau d'hiver et un bonnet. J’aurai aime avoir un rabais fidélité ou autre pour m'acheter une veste de saison mais les prix sont pas en rabais. Le reste j'aime bien la marque et souvent je la recommande aux nouveaux arrivant.

Got exactly what I ordered and it was nice in a box packaged up on a hanger and very nice. Nice quality, looks like the pictures and video. Looks and feels nice and new. Highly recommend.

My coat arm ripped slightly near the metal logo less than 3 years after I bought the coat. After submitting the aftercare form in early January, I didn't hear back for a full month, so I followed up by email a couple times and tried to call them. No response to my emails, and I also found out you can't contact customer service by phone. I went to a store to speak to a manager and they finally got Aftercare to email me back. Aftercare told me they could fix it for $85, I said great thanks, what are next steps. Another month goes by, they still haven't responded with next steps. By this time, the arm had continued ripping to the point that the jacket was unwearable for half the winter (Jan - March). I send them a nasty email and tell them how I really feel. Finally, they send me instructions. I paid $85 + tax for the repair and sent the coat in (plus $30 for shipping with signature). They replaced the sleeve and sent it back to me within two weeks—just in time for the end of winter. It's too bad, because the repair was well done and quick, and I would have been super happy if they had just communicated wait times along the way. It was Aftercare's lack of communication that spoiled the entire experience. Not what I expected after investing so much money in this coat.

L’expérience en magasin a été très agréable. Le gérant était gentil, professionnel et m’a aidée à trouver le modèle parfait. Je recommande cette marque pour la qualité de ses produits et son excellent service franchement vous avez mis la barre très haut bonne continuation.

J’ai acheté un manteau Rudsak d’environ 1 500 $, en m’attendant à un produit haut de gamme et à un service à la hauteur.
Quatre mois plus tard, mon dossier de garantie n’est toujours pas réglé.
Le délai initial annoncé était de 7 à 10 jours ouvrables. Depuis, j’ai eu droit à une succession de réponses automatisées, incohérentes et contradictoires, allant jusqu’à mentionner une « réparation en cours » alors que je n’ai jamais retourné le manteau.
Aucune décision claire. Aucune prise en charge réelle. Aucune transparence.
On m’a même demandé de payer des frais, sans qu’une position formelle sur la garantie ne soit rendue.
Ce qui est le plus préoccupant, ce n’est pas seulement le défaut du produit, mais l’incapacité totale du service après-vente à gérer un dossier de façon minimale, cohérente et diligente.
Rudsak se positionne comme une marque de luxe. Or, le service offert ici est loin de répondre aux standards les plus élémentaires, encore moins à ceux d’un produit à ce prix.
Je ne recommande pas cette marque, non pas en raison du produit lui-même, mais en raison d’un service après-vente défaillant, opaque et profondément frustrant.
À ce niveau de prix, c’est tout simplement inacceptable.

Purchased leggings over a month ago , the quality was great, the fit was not , I paid lots , when I called to return or exchange, they told me they were final sale , they were not as I had my husband confirm by calling and asking about the item ! After arguing half hour they sent me a return label for a full refund! That was a month ago , I still have not received my refund. Even after I got confirmation they received and inspected the item ! I’ve called and emailed them numerous times with no response. Be very cautious on purchasing from them , from customer service to management, they are not reliable on returns or exchanges. I will never buy from them again !

I contacted customer service about a defective parka (broken zipper and faulty snap) and had to follow up multiple times over several weeks just to get a response. I eventually had to send a formal notice to get their attention.
Despite this being a clear premature defect, I was asked for proof of purchase (the coat was a gift) and then offered a $75 repair at my own expense. No flexibility, no real effort to help, and no accountability.
For a brand that positions itself as high-end, both the product quality and customer service fall far below expectations. I would not recommend.

I had to call multiple times before someone finally responded, which was frustrating. Unfortunately, they also did not fix my jacket for free as I expected. I wouldn’t say I’m completely dissatisfied, but my expectations were definitely higher from this brand.

Je suis très déçue et en colère car je suis prise dans des démarches compliquées, interminables et energivores afin de régler un problème depuis la 1ere moitié de février ! Cela fait 2 mois et ce n’est pas réglé ! Pour des nouvelles bottes Rita achetées dont l’une est arrivée chez moi avec une défectuosité de fabrication. Depuis le 5 mars, je galère pour que l’on me la remplace sans que j’ai à défrayer des coûts pour leur renvoyer l’unique botte defectueuse pour « réparations » ! Je veux une nouvelle botte car j’ai payé une paire neuve et qu’elle présente un défaut. Je n’ai pas à payer de ma poche pour le renvoi. Je n’ai pas à n’obtenir qu’une « réparation » de cette paire arrivée neuve mais défectueuse. Je devrais même recevoir pour tous ces tracas et pertes de temps et d’énergies depuis 2 mois (j’ai appelé 4 fois, j’ai écrit 2x, j’ai été dans 5 magasins Rudsak dont 2x l’atelier de réparation sur St-Laurent et je suis encore prise avec ma botte neuve mais défectueuse PAYÉE depuis début février que je n’ai en plus pas pu mettre pour finir l’hiver !! ) une compensation de votre part ! Je ne devrais même pas le réclamer, ça aurait dû m’être offert devant la situation ! D’autant plus que suis une fidèle fan et fidèle cliente chez vous depuis des décennies ! Mais sérieusement, quelle déception et quelle colère de subir tout ça et de devoir me battre pour gain - normal- de cause !!
