I was a first time customer and wasn't shipped product I ordered. Contacted company and stated issue to hear that there wasn't any resolution besides my own action to resolve this issue. Paid $50 for product I didn't receive, out the money could have been repeat customer, yet was treated like I didn't matter. After numerous contacts with company representative was told that I needed to "contact the mailman" to follow up with delivery. Mailbox is secured and locked and I didn't receive the product that was paid for and no refund or resolution was given or any alternative given to resolve this issue...ridiculous and I will not do business with this company ever again. I will also tell all my friends and family to do the same.

This store is wonderful!!! Have choice like crazy... i live in quebec and all stores together dont have choice like that!! Nice job ruesco !!!! Order about 15 time and for sure its my num one site!!!

Decent website, AS long as you can afford it bodybuilding lifestyle. Ofc SUPPLEMENTS themselves cost money, let alone a UK guy ordering and buying supplements then getting it from USA.. like majority of preworkouts are affordable but cost of SHIPPING to UK sometimes are almost double the price of supplement IF you get PRIORITY option. I’m not ‘into that. I just select cheaper shipping, sorry but I’m not crazy to pay £20 something just to SHIP ONE ITEM where a certain pwo costs like $35-40 MOST. like I said FOOD ITSELF 5-7 mini / shakes/protein bars or meals cost money itself. But on CERTAIN LEGAL preworkouts I feel amazing in the gym and after.. that ‘sense of well-being’ follows you until sleep.
PERSONALLY, I NEVER HAD ANY PROBLEMS with Marc, he is useful for me atm. Full on. ‘Op massive +fit’. Lol. I enjoy it. ALL ASSASSINS and awesome for me, apollon hooligan HOPEFULLY will be ‘ok’ for me when I receive it. I go for NOT first class mail or whatever parcel option (takes like 3-4 weeks, just too long, but ‘priority mail as it’s a lot faster, like 7-10 days lol.

Great company, good products just shipping takes long. Becides that they offer everything i like.

My first purchase, the product arrived in a timely manner, it was well packaged for international shipment, good customer service (by email). Good pricing (I used a coupon code). A hassle-free experience, and I have no reason not to give a five star rating. The Boys have delivered a great service.

Rusesco are scammers!

I spent 60+ dollars to receive a container of AREZ Titanium preworkout. It arrived unsealed and in one solid chunk, it smelled WEIRD. like old fish mixed with lab chemicals. I immediately contacted their customer service department, which told me it was "perfectly safe" and I should just use an open, contaminated, possibly spoiled supplement product.

I repeatedly asked for a refund, a replacement or some type of corrective action to be taken but the CS agent said "I would recommend you try it as I can assure you it’s not spoiled.If it's no good I'll give you a 10% discount". You want me to RISK MY LIFE for the chance of getting a few dollars back?!!

Can you say lawsuit? I was shocked and appalled at this treatment. Still no refund to this day. I will NEVER buy from these clowns again.
