Good quality. It is expensive but we've had ours for 4 months and still in great condition. Previous covers we've used fell apart in less than a month. The cushion mats are a great addition for dogs that struggle with travel anxiety and they provide great comfort for longer trips.

Garbage quality with fake Warranty.

Stitching started coming apart after a few weeks with minimal use. They'll just claim it's normal wear and tear then offer you to buy another cover for $60. It's a scam, you can get the exact same quality off Amazon for less than half the price.

Heinous quality - plastic clips broke within 2 months of use with a 30kg dog. For 188 dollars I am appalled.

I purchased this backseat/dog seat protector in early 2025. At first, the experience was great: fast shipping, clear communication from the seller, and no surprises—they were upfront that nothing is made in Australia; it’s all overseas.

When it arrived, I was initially happy. It did its job: protecting my backseat from fur, dirt, and scratches, and the hard base kept my 20 kg dog comfortable during drives.

But that’s where the positives end. The quality leaves a lot to be desired:

Materials are cheap: The “hardboard” is really just heavy-duty cardboard. The cuts aren’t clean, straps are different lengths, and it doesn’t even protect the doors up to the windows properly.

Construction is sloppy: Stitching is inconsistent, and edges fray easily.

Durability issues: After 12 months, nearly all the zips are broken, stitching has given way, and the cardboard has a permanent bow—even with moderate use.

So, is it worth it? In the short term, absolutely. It saved my backseats from damage and was cheaper than a professional repair and cleaning. But in terms of long-term value, definitely not. I wouldn’t buy another one when this one inevitably dies.

Bottom line: Works for a quick fix—but don’t expect it to last. If you want something durable and worth your money, this isn’t it.

Purchased back seat cover for dog (the comfy cruiser)that was advertised as having: "Strong load bearing plates create a hard bottom base capable of holding up to 120kg. Perfect for larger breeds or multiple dogs."
My dog is way under the weight limit but the base was bent out of shape after 2 car rides.

They refused to refund me even through the product was not as advertised.

Base of cover is also very slippery (no anti slip backing) - dog hated it as the cover kept moving. Just seems like very poor quality.

I placed a review on their website and it mysteriously never went public.

Such a frustrating experience - absolute waste of money.
