I ordered 2 rugs, one big one and a hall runner.
Runner was fantastic, large one NOT the same colour on website. Spoke to customer service pretty quickly even though it took months for them to be delivered.
I was told that a replacement rug was going to be sent out because I wanted green not blue. Told I could keep the original large one even though it doesn’t go with our colour pallet in our home. Sufficed to say……It still hasn’t shown up and that conversation happened 6 months ago. I have sent multiple emails with no response. I’ve tried calling and can’t get through. I even wanted to purchase another big rug for another room and another 2 runners and it has put me off spending any more money with this company. Terrible customer service zero communication really dissatisfied considering I really loved the quality of these ones originally purchased.

Great quality rug and fits nicely onto the underlay provided. Colours true to the pics. Delivery was slow but I was updated throughout the process.

Needed to change delivery address, emailed company and got no reply

I bought the Persian Red & Burgundy rug from Rugitall for my dining room, and it's absolutely luxurious choice. The texture is soft, the design is exquisite, and it adds a feeling of warmth and elegance to the room.

Although it took a long time to get it , the rug was beautiful, and underlay was great too - but sadly I underestimated the clash of colours with my mural , the customer service was BRILLIANT, I could swap or refund - and the refund was no hassle and swift - when I re do my room I will definitely purchase from them again

Was very happy with the Colour and quality of the rug , softer than I expected, and the rug underlay made it nice to walk on BUT although the rug was true to Colour , when in my room competed with my mural - I contacted Rugital , and the customer service was brilliant, they offered to let me swap the rug , or get a full refund, I opted for a full refund at this point , and the refund was prompt - I certainly would buy again from this company, and highly recommend rugital

As a mother of two, finding a rug that is both stylish and kid-friendly was a challenge until I found Rugitall. I got a colorful, geometric-patterned rug for the kids' playroom and it's been fantastic. It's easy to clean, highly durable, and the kids love it. It’s been a few months and the rug still looks as good as new. A big thumbs up to Rugitall for their excellent product range.

Company is a scam. Zero communication despite numerous attempts to reach out to them via email and phone.
Item never turned up and tracking numbers provided were fake.
Avoid this dodgy company, will take your money and you will never receive your goods or even a response.
Very disappointing

Absolutely dont buy from this website, the rug was delayed by 2 months and when it arrived it look more like a towel than a rug. The team in charge advised me the delays were from shipping issues on their end which I was ok with as they advised me the rug was of highest quality but once it arrived in the disgusting packaging I opened up and found the worst quality rug (felt like a towel) which frustrated me more as the correspondence from the team put me at ease due to their mention of high quality.

Absolutely avoid this and save your money due to the extensive delays i have exceeded the refund time so I am now n correspondence to see what I can salvage in terms of what I paid.

Waste of time and money

Appalling, cannot be trusted, I have been waiting for my rug for over 2 months now and cannot get through to customer team on the phone or get a refund. I received an email with a fake link to postal delivery. The rug is not being sent to me even though the company promised that multiple times. Absolute scammers.

I ordered 2 rugs on 7.10.23. When I chased order you replied on 1.11.23 that there had been a quality issue and promised to get my order to me within 14 days. It is now 22.11.23 and I have still not received them nor, for that matter, had any further updates from you. I would really love to receive this product as it seems, from pictures, to be exactly what I want.

UPDATED REVIEW:
After I posted my initial review, Rugitall reached out and apologised, offering a refund and my original rug.
After I received the refund, I didn’t hear anything more until I found the rug on my doorstep.
I was somewhat surprised that I LOVE the rug. It’s super soft, and comes off the rug pad to wash like a dream.
I think Rugitall need to work on their customer communication, however the rugs are SO GOOD that even with the initial problems I encountered, I will certainly be buying from them again.

ORIGINAL REVIEW: I ordered from Rugitall THREE weeks ago and have received ZERO communication since. My product hasn’t been shipped and I have had no reply to either or my two emails nor my Instagram message.
Useless.
Do not buy.

The rugs took so long to arrive I thought you were a scam - no response to my email queries either

Average quality so I don’t think I would recommend to anyone or buy again

If the shipping had been better I might have been happier but it has taken months and months

Terrible customer service and lack of communication. No updates from the company until I contacted them 3 weeks after purchase. I was informed there was a delay in manufacturing (to upgrade the product). At 7 weeks from ordering I contacted again and was told my product had been shipped. The tracking details did not work and I assumed I had been scammed. After more emails, web ‘chat’ and Shop ap messages, I finally got through to an actual person. My product arrived that day….nearly 9 weeks from ordering and the communication received was in reply to 2 of my many messages.
The product appears to be fine but I would NOT recommend due to lack of communication and customer service.
