I ordered from the Rumi Cosmetiques website as I’d seen good reviews about their products. I ordered two products and received an order confirmation email which unusually went into my junk folder. I didn’t hear anything further so I contacted customer service who advised that they couldn’t locate my order. Eventually I was told that it was being processed. That was 5 days ago. I received an email today to say that my order had been fulfilled. I paid £4.94 for shipping so I was surprised that my order had only now been processed. I contacted customer service again to be told that I could expect delivery within the next 5 - 15 days! This is a longer time than I would have expected for paid shipping. I also realised that one of the items was on a subscription which meant a repeat order every month; I did not request this subscription at the time of my order. I’m very disappointed with the service I’ve received and will not be ordering from this company again.

I’ve come back to Rumi mascara after trying another prominently advertised mascara. There’s isn’t a patch on Rumi even though quite a bit cheaper. BUT in my experience you get what you pay for and as an older woman I need all the help I can to look good. Rumi wins hands down.

Easy to place order prompt delivery this mascara is the best ever

Love the mascara. I did order eye liner, but it didn’t suit me. I found it very difficult to cancel it so now have numerous that I’ll never use.

Excellent service from Rumi for my Hair Magic powder - the shade I ordered did not match my hair colour so I contacted Rumi, very prompt reply, they asked me to choose another shade and sent it to me with no extra charge, and no need to return original.

Brilliant products. Friendly emails . New products arriving that are great. Minimal packaging so less waste.

I gave up my old mascara a few years ago and so glad I did as I found Rumi mascara, I tried it a few months and decided it was exactly what I wanted, it stays on and and although waterproof I can remove it gently with a little warm water, I get regular updates when something new has been developed, I have a repeat order in place which saves me having to order and it’s a bit cheaper too, I’ve recommended Rumi to several people who have ask me if my lashes are false because Rumi is fine and makes them look longer but not clogged up,

I am a huge fan of Rumi. Not only are their products great. I always used to go from brand to brand with mascara until I found Rumi. Now it’s the only one I ever use. It is brilliant, last all day and never gives me that horrible under eye smudge.

Sarah, Rumi Customer Care, provided the best customer service I ever experienced. The 2 root cover items I received were too dark. I didn’t know if medium or copper would be better. Sarah sent me one of each. She LISTENED and responded thoroughly, thoughtfully and promptly.

Good customer service experience. They honoured their refund & return policy with ease.
Have yet to try the replacement product once my roots show.

The product lasts for a long while. Delivery is quick. Just wish the Brush was thinner.

Rumi is a lovely cosmetic line. The hilighter colors I ordered dont work for me, but they are nice and i will share them with my friends and family

Their mascara is fabulous. It actually makes me look as though I have lovely long lashes.

The packaging is clean looking and the products feel nice. Everything is of good quality, and the ones I've used haven't caused any problems with my chemical and skin sensitivities. The waiting time from placing an order, until it arrives, is longer than I would ideally like, but overall, a great experience.

Good service from Rumi. Only difficulty was using the Royal Mail for delivery as my order took longer to arrive than expected

I had an issue with an item getting lost in the mail & after some correspondence with the lovely team at Rumi Cosmetics they replaced the missing items which I duly received. They were extremely pleasant & obliging over the situation, with prompt replies & willingness to help. The item in question was mascara, & it’s absolutely one of the best ones out there especially for short eyelashes, I swear by it & will definitely be ordering some more products from this amazing company !
