Brilliant service

Brilliant service. I ordered some flip flops at 3pm on a Friday and they arrived the next day. Free delivery over £30 so excellent service and we will definitely use again.

Excellent service

Prompt delivery. I had to return the purchased shoes and exchange for a different size. This was managed quickly and with good communication at all stages. Really enjoying my new race shoes and would definitely purchase from this shop again in the future.

Bought a sweatshirt from RunActive

Bought a sweatshirt from RunActive. Unfortunately it was to big, an there wasn't one in my size. I sent item back same day as I received it. My refund was in my bank account within a couple of days.. How good is that 😊👍

Great. Would buy again

Great. Was wary as hadn't heard of this company before but they had the shoes I wanted which were sold out elsewhere. Shoes were delivered very quickly. Got free delivery and 10% off for signing up to emails. Would definitely buy from the company again.

Fast delivery

I never ordered from Runactive before, but everything went smooth. It's unfortunate that the shoes ordered turned out to be too small and had to return them. Overall good experience though.

Good Communication! Great Deals!

A great company! Thank you for being in contact regarding my order. Informed me to say shoe colour was not available, they called again to say it was - sorted my order no problem. The lady who called me was very pleasant and helpful on the phone. Will be buying from them again.
