I ordered a part knowing it was 22days before it would ship, it arrived two weeks earlier than expected. Very happy with purchase and service!

The Team are unprofessional I have already lodged a complaint with Fair Trading regarding this matter and dispute with my bank. Which I would like to add Christine from the Run Auto Parts clearly cant read emails there is a HUGE LACK OF COMMUNICATION AND UNDERSTANDING..!!!!!!!! She only knows how to escalate a situation instead of de-escalating the situation. She is is infuriating to deal with she shouldn't be in customer service if she can assist. ESPECIALLY when I addressed the issue immediately when I received the product. And there is no excuse for the delayed response !!!!!! They don't even have a contact number and they are delayed with the email responses absolutely appalling..!! For customers looking to purchase please be aware even providing your VIN number its not a guarantee it will fit and the process of return is difficult. Im still on the prepaid postage label / QR code which Christine never provided delaying my refund to be issued for this incorrect and faulty product!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Explained everything to her multiple times she kept going back forth and continues to disregard what ive requested for the return to be completed. Showed post office the email from Christine they mentioned there is no pre-paid billing postage I would have to pay for it. All I have to say what an incompetent business!!!

Online shopping

There website should tell you available stock before purchase. Customer service was great with compensation for delivery times not met. The parts ordered were correct. Will use these guys again.

Ordered brake pads which run auto parts…

Ordered brake pads which run auto parts advised where correct for my car, they arrived and where the wrong ones, super slow to respond and made the return process harder than it needs to be, then made excuses why it wasn’t refunded sighting hasn’t been processed yet months later still waiting I won’t be buying from this company again. Very poor all round experience AVOID

VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

seriously,how do you manage to stuff up a simple order like a sump plug and washer after giving my vin twice during the ordering process ?.
what is worse, you don't even reply to emails i send you for you to rectify the problem.
i suspect run auto parts isnt the company his website leads you to believe and more likely just one bloke working out of his mums garage at home.
i wont be purchasing again.

Worst business and customer service I have ever encountered. If it was possible to leave a zero star review I would as the follow communication further compounded the lack of care for the customer.
An experience like this justifies OE dealer parts prices to avoid the incompetence, down time of your car, loss of money and added stress arguing to try and return the wrong part.

There is always that one time, you can't get the part you need in a pinch, so you try the unknown business claiming to have the part you need to get your car back on the road and then you live to regret it!

The website part finder using rego check apparently is equivalent to choosing red or black at the roulette table. It does not reference the corresponding vin number or guarantee fitment on your vehicle, even if you know and select the exact model variant you select for every other part ever ordered from other businesses.
This is your job as the consumer to know every brand's part codes and whether it does actually match your Vin number because they can't.

Upon requesting to return the incorrect parts the website recommend, you will be informed of their internal company policies that do not allow parts to be returned. Don't be fooled - This is a of breach Australian consumer laws, so don't get sucked in.

After many emails back and forth I had to pay to return the product. Three weeks after tracking shows it arrived, I then had to chase them again to get any response.

After confirming the total refund amount including the additional freight costs I paid to return the goods they replied that the refund would be processed then scammed me and didn't refund either freight cost.

I was then told by Kevin, they kindly waived their restocking fee and again directed me to their returns policy that freight on 'Change of Mind' returns is not included.
He also informs me they have a record of my selected vehicle (Not my registration number or exact model variant process that I used) and therefore their website can't be wrong!

Save your money and all the stress. There are many more automotive online businesses and local bricks and motor stores that do a far better job and actually care about their customers.
