I recently returned a pair of shoes from my order (204 AED). I appreciate that your return process through WhatsApp is convenient and straightforward. However, I noticed a deduction of 30 AED from my refund, which seems high compared to typical return shipping charges in the UAE.
If this is a standard return shipping fee, it would be helpful to mention it more clearly in your return policy or at checkout so customers know in advance.

the product was great but the customer service was a little bit slow. I visited the shop in mirdif and the staff seemed like she didnt know much about the products since I was asking her for a recommendation. Their online customer service was also a bit slow in responding to my queries. Overall, they could improve their customer service but loved my new shoes.

I purchased an on cloud shoes online and successfully paid, I’m waiting for it to delivered but after 4days from the date of purchase it was cancelled as it mentioned in the email that it was sold out and said that I didn’t respond wherein they never contacted me at all about cancellation. When I checked your website it was not sold out but they increased the price

Ease of use of the app
Ease of use of the app. Hoka Clifton 9’s have a narrow and wide version but it doesnt specify on their website but luckily i got the wide version which is what I wanted. I assume its because i sent them an email so if thats the case and they gave me the wide version because I gave them an email than im really thankful for that. But yes they should add the wide and narrow options while choosing the shoes not just the size. Aside from that it was very easy to use the website and everything is easy ti navigate. I am really happy with my purchase.

If they had not charged me Dhs 15 for…
If they had not charged me Dhs 15 for the return, I would say everything was smooth and perfect.
Especially the fact that the gentleman who delivered my new item was the same who collected the returned item from me. Had this been on any other day or time then Dhs 15 fee would be justified.
But it was not a big amount anyway.
Thus was my honest response regarding my experience.
