Processed my refund under 3 minutes!
Ordered a pair of shoes in wrong size/fit (narrow instead of wide). I've asked for a refund as the wide version was not available anymore. The team has processed my request and issued the refund under 3 minutes.

Superb prices and great service.
First time purchaser from runningshoes.co.uk and was very impressed! Prices were great. When I ordered I accidentally selected the wrong size and when I contacted the seller they tried to swap sizes for me. Unfortunately my size was not available but the seller offered an alternative trainer that was a superior shoe for the same price! Great service - will be back for a pair for my wife.

Fantastic service
I recently purchased a pair of Brooks Ghost 13 from the Runningshoes online store and was very impressed with the service throughout. Not only were the shoes the lowest price online, Runningshoes took the time to call me in person to confirm the details of my order and include a few treats in the package when it (very swiftly) arrived. Can certainly recommend.

Hoka Clifton 7 running shoes
Ordered a pair of Hoka Clifton 7 running shoes. I am running 4000 miles a year and these were highly recommended. Superb quality. However, the service and value for money I got from runningshoe.co.uk was even better. Ordered them and within two days I was running in them. Will certainly be using them again
