I ordered a T.shirt 3 months ago and it was never delivered tried to do a follow up and was never successful

This website is a scam. Do not buy anything from them. I ordered a vintage Aston Villa kit that is maroon in color. Their product is made in and shipped from china. It’s no better quality than temu goods. It arrived as a magenta/pink/hot red color due to poor craftsmanship. I reported it and sent photos. I requested a refund and to send the shirt that I would never wear back in. They are still refusing a refund more than a week later. They have asked for photos 3 times and are accusing me of being uncivilized and taking photos in different lighting. However the most recent request for new photos came days after they acknowledged the misprint and offered to ship a 2nd jersey for free. I don’t want a 2nd jersey. I don’t want the first. I want my money back because this is not a quality product. They keep telling me they deserve to make money off of the product even if it was a misprint piece of trash. They offered only up to a 50% discount and I keep the shirt I’ll never wear. Learn from my mistake and under no circumstances never order from this scam company.

This is a scam my package said it was delivered and I check two minutes later and it was mysteriously gone. Don’t order from this place ever
