The order arrived as promised!
The order arrived as promised. Well packaged. It took a couple weeks more than I expected but the my order was delivered to my door at the end all the way to canada! Also the customer service keeps you updated with the order/shipping process with photos and tracking number and everything. They’re also very quick to answer my emails and any question I had. I will keep buying from Rupills and l would gladly recommend it to anyone!

They don't know where my package is after 2 months
My package was ordered on Jan 29, and left Russia Feb 05, 2021. Merchant doesn't know where it is.It's almost 60 days and no updates, just blaming the customer. No excuse for covid-19 as packages from China arrived in Canada. Offer UPS or Fedex. RR112170075RU

Your parcel is still on the way, unfortunately Canada is very far from Russia and during a pandemic, parcels can be delivered by land transport through other countries in transit.
On the shipping information page, we warn you in red text that during a pandemic, delivery times may be longer than usual. The post of Russia also writes about this https://www.pochta.ru/no-mail-exchange/
We would love to deliver faster, but courier services such as FedEx, DHL and others do not accept medications for delivery.
We collected your order as quickly as possible and handed it over for delivery. We hope that you understand that delivery does not depend on us and, due to the specifics of the goods, it is already good that at least there is some opportunity to deliver the much-needed medicines.
Amazing vendor
Relatively quick and reliable delivery, the goods are cheap and they even come with a free chocolate and no import tax! I have been using rupills for a while now and I wouldn't look towards other vendors. 10/10 recommend.

Very happy with the service
Read some positive reviews before ordering and decided to try it out myself. Ordered to UK, the delivery took around 3 weeks- very quickly! Before packing and sending out the order they also send a picture of the items, very helpful!
The products are just as described on the website! Worth the wait and the price. Recommend!

Not following their reship policy, otherwise legit
I ordered from them multiple times, usually without a problem (well, shipping from Russia to pretty much anywhere takes a while - but they make that pretty clear before you order). Definitely legit products.
However, one of my orders was stopped by customs and returned to them and even though their policy claims that they "will free reship if the package is undelivered for any [reason other than the] package [being] returned by the postal service of your country", they refused to follow up on that and neither offered a refund, nor a reship. So I lost all the money for that order.

Thank you for your feedback. Your package is returned by the postal service of your country, in which case there is no free reshipment. We pay for the return shipping cost.
