It's no surprise that a package to Canada is delivered via Egypt.
I see from your track number that your package has been in Canada since December 14.
The support explained to you that there was no reason to worry and suggested that you call the delivery service so that you were calm. We don't need to call, we send dozens of packages every day and we know all the routes that change every day.
