Outstanding. I’ve been buying from Rusbenja since they started out on eBay and have not once been disappointed. Their customer service, dispatch and packaging are without equal and I genuinely hope they develop into the much larger business they deserve to be.

Decided to sell a big chunk of my collection (70+) and decided to go with Ben and Miguel, very glad I did.
Agreed a price with Ben and a time and date, and on the day Miguel came and collected and paid. No hassle, no troubles, no haggling, no payment issues.
Ben is very responsive and accommodating, I made a few errors with my pop list which was never an issue. And Miguel and an absolute gent, very friendly and made collecting very easy.

My go-to for any funko services. I've used their trade in service a few times now and it's flawless. An easy way to thin your collection while saving generous credit for a grail maybe! Ben is an attentive business owner and always responds in good time with helpful advice and walks you through the site if you're new.

I've ordered a few times and the figures always arrive perfectly! There is also a 'find me a pop' aspect where they find you a specific piece you're after and at what quality (mint, like new etc.) which I am yet to use but trust their judgement completely.

You honestly can't get much better when it comes to pop vinyl buying. Fully recommend 👌🏻
