Bought an expensive blender, it broke after 2 years and minimal use.

The spinning mechanism was leaking black fluid into the jug, I only noticed after mixing a soup that should have been white turned out very grey. Who knows how much plastic / rubber I had previously consumed.

As you would, I submitted a form to support showing them the issue. They told me they can offer 20% off a new blender.

What a joke.

Never going to buy from them again if the quality is this bad, it isn't safe to consume.

Buy from a more reputable brand instead.

Ich habe eine Kaffeemaschine bestellt. Es wird ausdrücklich darauf hingewiesen dass die Lieferzeit 3-4 Werktage beträgt. Heute ist der 4. Tag und ich habe mich an den Kundendienst gewandt um zu erfragen warum die Kaffeemaschine bis heute das Lager noch nicht verlassen hat. Auf meine E-Mails wird nicht geantwortet und telefonisch ist unter der angegebenen Nummer niemand zu erreichen. Ich werde den Auftrag stornieren.

Die Kommunikation mit dem Support verlief einwandfrei und war sehr kulant und professionell. Habe ein Austauschgerät bekommen, da mein Airfryer innerhalb er Garantie einen Defekt hatte.

Wir haben sehr gute Erfahrungen bei der Reklamation eine Kaffeemaschine per Mail gemacht. Alle Mails wurden umgehend von einem gleichbleibenden, sehr freundlichen Ansprechparter beantwortet. Auf das Einsenden der defekten Kaffeemaschine wurde verzichtet. Statt dessen haben wir ein Video mit dem Problem eingesendet und nach Sichtung ein neues Ersatzprodukt erhlaten.

2 cafetières programmables achetées l'une après l'autre, de modèles différents. Déçu par la première, j'ai pris la seconde par manque de choix dans le magasin où je l'ai prise.
La première est morte de son premier entartrage. L'eau se trouve être dure chez moi, mais c’était la première fois que j'encrassais une cafetière à ce point en aussi peu de temps (moins d'une année). C'est simple l'eau ne passait plus du tout dans l'échangeur, en alu et dont la section creuse en étoile me semble être fautive. Celui-ci s'est montré impossible à détartrer, même après un difficile démontage de la pièce.
La seconde a claqué un élément électronique, après un détartrage et rinçage approfondi. Cette fois, j'avais fait attention à l'entretien, mais la défaillance est tout de même survenu peu de temps après la première année.

Dans les deux cas, tout est fait pour rendre le matériel totalement indémontable. Surabondance de vis spéciales, faux clips détournant l'attention d'un processus correct de démontage. composants électroniques clipsés dans des endroits impossible d'accès font légions sur cette marque. Effectivement, le démontage a fait appel à mes compétences de mécanicien de métier, et est à proscrire pour un bricoleur peu confirmé.
Par ailleurs, les pièces détachées deviennent très vite introuvable. La plupart des sites de pièces détachées d’électro-ménager ne proposent quasiment rien autre que des verseuses.

To everyone out there please don't buy the 4 slice toaster it as 6 settings and after a few weeks of using it you have to put the setting to the max and still doesn't make the toast one of the biggest scams I have ever seen. I wish I could upload a video and believe me you would not touch this. Russell hobb I will never buy anything made by this company they take the piss they used to be great but now they have lost their way.

Their table top dishwasher is soo small that a plate can't even fit in. What is the point of having a dishwasher if it can't fit in a plate

I have owned a Russell Hobbs kettle for over 15 years, which is completely reliable and is used almost daily. Then one day, a part broke and I bought a new product from a competitor. To my disappointment, however, this new kettle only lasted about two years... So now I'm going to buy my second Russell Hobbs kettle, after contacting customer service and making sure that all parts are BPA-free—and they are. :-) Hooray, I'll have a durable kettle again!

In 1977 I craved being able to afford a Russell Hobbs kettle, the name in kettles & once I did I wasn’t disappointed. Three years ago I bought the RH Worcester kettle but two years later it wouldn’t boil and RH blamed us for misusing it! We live in a low limescale area and it definitely wasn’t misused but after nearly 50 years of buying their kettles we believed them. March last year we bought the same kettle again and 9 months later it’s doing the same thing. Not a tiny bit of limescale in it and we still descaled it because that’s what they said last time. So disappointed in this product.

Trying to obtain a de-scaling filter for a steam iron model no. 24420 with absolutely no success . All the websites I have tried do not recognise this product. Will NEVER again buy a Russell Hobbs product.

Ich kann den Kundenservice wirklich nur loben. Ich hatte ein Problem mit meiner Kaffeemaschine. Der Kundenservice hat super schnell geantwortet und mir weitergeholfen. Aernout war wirklich sehr nett und hilfsbereit!
Kann diese Firma nur empfehlen, alle zukünftigen Geräte bei uns werden von Russell Hobbs sein :)

I bought Russel Hobbs Rice cooker on Amazon after a short period it failed to power. I raised the issue to Russel and they were quick and happy to respond and offered a replacement through Amazon. Amazon quickly arranged a delivery. Thank you guys. Ezekiel

Der Support war stets freundlich, zuvorkommend und auch zeitlich schnell. Das fehlende Teil wurde kostenlos und unbürokratisch zugeschickt. Es reichte ein Foto vom Kaufbeleg und ein Foto vom Typenschild

I had a problem with a kitchen product and contacted Russell Hobbs about it. They immediately agreed to send a replacement. Very friendly customer service!

Nachdem Russell Hobbs eine Rekamation einer Kaffeemaschine mit 3 Jahren Garantie abgelehnt hat, obwohl dies ohne weiteren Registrierungsaufforderung 2+1 Jahr als Zahl aufgedruckt war.
Es wird so getan, als ob man helfen wolle, dann gibt man persoenliche Daten ab und bekommt dann in der Rueckantwort ein Nichteingestaendnis der unwuerdigen Werbetaeuschung des Verbrauchers mit einer Absage.
Ich habe die weitere Verwertung meiner Daten durch Russell Hobbs aus Datenschutz untersagt mit Bitte um schriftliche Bestaetigung. Bis heute keine Antwort.
Null Kundenservice wenn die Produkte made in china bereits nach zwei Jahren defekt sind. War eindeutig ein Fehlkauf der Kaffeemaschine Luna, weil der Kundenservice fehlt.
Ich erwarte von Russell Hobbs die schriftliche Bestaetigubg, dass meine Daten geloescht und nicht weiter verwendet werden.

C’est inconcevable de se faire passer pour une référence de l’électroménager s’il est impossible de garantir des pièces détachées sur un produit d’usure de l’appareil et dont la mauvaise conception implique alors de racheter tout l’appareil lorsque cette pièce vient à casser, c’est de l’obsolescence programmée. Et dans un marché concurrentiel comme le votre, on ne m’y prendra plus, j’achèterai chez moulinex.

My 18 month old blender stopped working. I rang them very helpful i didnt have receipt but had the purchase shown on credit card statement. I had to take photos of box and blender with model number on. They contacted me after two days to say a new blender had been sent. Very good service

I have purchased 4,5 products and quality is really very good compared to price . Most importantly the service is awesome. Many times for defects i get new replacement prodcut. Even after warranty is over , I get wondeful and kind support from them always in Germany .
