Our guide Z was so good. We got so many stories and learned so much about culture, language and life in Malaysia. We finished with a delicious lunch at Batu Caves. We had a great day!

Su profundo conocimiento de la historia, cultura y costumbres locales hizo que cada lugar que visitamos tuviera un significado especial. Además, su simpatía y profesionalidad nos hicieron sentir muy cómodos y bien cuidados en todo momento. Estamos muy agradecidos por su dedicación y lo recomendamos sin dudarlo a cualquiera que quiera descubrir Malasia de la mejor manera posible.

Mr. Tan took us at a guided tour through KL's different districts and also to the Batu Caves. His knowledge of the historie of Malasia and of KL is very good and he were excellent to tell all about this great contry and its historie. His is a very nice and likeable person, which we like to give our very brst rekommandationes.

We have done the whole of KL in a day and thanks to our guide Z and driver Ravi we feel like we got a real feel for the place! We had all the weather - blazing sunshine to thunder lightning and pouring rain.. Ravi dodged the traffic jams and got us as close as possible to the attractions. Z is infectiously cheerful and enthusiastic about KL and did her utmost to get us to see as much as possible despite the weather and traffic. She was full of fascinating facts and stories.
We managed the Petronus towers, Batu caves, the National Mosque, the Chinese Temple we had to do a drive by of the independence square as it was closed. We walked through China town and we stopped at the confluence of the rivers. We also learned so much of the history and politics of the place. We also had a lovely buffet lunch at the Mandarin Oriental.
We definitely got the most out of our time here.

Our guide, Gina was very knowledgeable, pleasant . We had a fabulous time touring Georgetown. Our driver Sudha was very patient and always ready to pick us up.

Was really interesting and provided a wide range of activities to keep us busy for the day!

We had some great tours on Borneo with Rustic Travel. The guides where friendly and very informative.
We've also booked hotels and pick ups trough Rustic Travel and everything went perfect. If our flight was delayed, they took care of everything, and informed us about the changes.

Mr.Tan heeft ons de ganse reis vanaf Mallaca, Kuala Lumpur, Cameron highlands en Penang enorm veel uitleg gegeven. Hij weet heel veel, is vriendelijk en behulpzaam en hield rekening met onze wensen en was ook grappig.
Wij voelden ons vertrouwd met hem en konden ons geen betere gids wensen.

Der Start von unserer Borneo /Malaysia Reise verlief insoweit holprig, als wir in KL unseren Anschlussflug nach Sandakan verpassten und wir übernächtigt und entnervt im Flughafengebäude strandeten.
Ungeachtet dessen dass dies an einem Sonntag war konnten wir sofort Kontakt zu Rustic Travel aufnehmen von wo zeitnah alles erforderliche (Buchung Hotel in KL,Abholung Flughafen, Buchung Flug ) erledigt wurde.
Der für uns zuständige Mitarbeiter Roy war jederzeit erreichbar und hat immer zeitnah unsere Anliegen bearbeitet.wir fühlten uns ausgesprochen gut aufgehoben und betreut.
Wir können insoweit Rustic Travel uneingeschränkt und mit guten Gewissen weiter empfehlen.

From historical landmarks to the bustling streets of Chinatown and the magnificent Baku Caves, she provided insightful commentary and answered every question with ease. A great day out with Xi on a walking tour of Chinatown and a trip to Batu Caves - very informative, friendly and lots of fun.

We hade the guide Juna in Georgetown, Penang, for the whole day. He was great, we learnt a lot and laughed a lot!

Ms Lee (with driver Mr Sam) gave us an extra-ordinary city tour in George Town. We visited impressive tempels, educating museums and local markets and UNESCO recognized city center. All with excellent explanation and guidance from Ms. Lee.
On top of it all, we had a very nice lunch at Woodlands.
We are a family of four including two teenagers.

Z is a super friendly and informative guide. A well thought out day taking in the Petronas Towers, Batu Caves, Little India and China town.

Great Tour guided by Mr. Tan, a great tour guide. We learned a lot about Kuala Lumpur, the culture and the different religions in the country. Rustic Borneo Travel organized a perfect vacation for us on Borneo. It started with a wonderful cooking class with Jennifer. We bought all the ingredients together and then cooked a fantastic meal. We then went into the mountains and the rainforest. We saw all of the animals, the Big 5 of Borneo. Very good hotels with excellent service were booked for us. All transfers between all points were very punctual. The office kept us up to date. Rustic Borneo Travel is absolutely recommended as a partner! 👍
