We ordered a fuel pump and paid extra for UPS 3–5 day shipping, but it was sent via USPS instead. What should have arrived within a week has now taken over a month—and we still have not received the item.
We’ve made multiple calls to customer service with no answer, left voicemails with no response, and sent emails that have also gone unanswered. At this point, we’ve spent nearly $700 on a part we don’t have and can no longer use, as the project it was needed for is already complete.
Based on this experience, I would strongly recommend purchasing from another vendor. If negative stars were an option, I would use them. Save yourself the hassle and shop elsewhere.

The customer service is horrendous (actually, non-existent). Ordered and received a part for our trailer (kitchen faucet). Part started leaking shortly after install. for months I tried to contact customer service via email, chat, phone. No response whatsoever. Do not order from this company.

Sent wrong part. Kept asking for shipping label and SKU number. Neither were shipped with or on the product. Through email they more or less said I was stupid and dont know what I was ordering. They need to get it together, I've used that part # many times and what they sent isn't what I received. Good day to you crooks!

Broken part was delivered. Went to return part and they won't process the return. Going on a month without it being resolved. Won't return calls. Buyer beware.
I ordered motorcycle rear tires.Best price that I could find on the particular tire (RoadSmartIV) by a solid margin and no state taxes charged either! The tires came as expected and I’m happy. I was worried after reading others reviews, but my first order went through without a hitch, so I pulled the trigger again and got a second tire. The shipping wasn’t the fastest, but it was free economy, and the tires came from multiple states away. Maybe 5 days per tire? Other places get it here faster, but they were literally $60 more per tire. So I recommend these guys based on my experience. 3/25/25

bought a bed divider says it will fits and is adjustable,,,, its neither and now its more to ship back than the price of the divider... Worst customer service ever

despite the reviews, they seemed like a legit business so I gave it a shot for a discontinued helmet that I couldn't find anywhere else, there price was also unbeatable. Emailed them after the order was placed to see if it was a stocked item, Prompt and professional response. Helmet arrived a few days later, no reason to think it was an open box item or anything like that. Very happy.

Found a battery box IN STOCK per the RV & Auto Parts web site. Placed the order. Was contacted that this item WAS NOT in their stock. Was contacted that this item was back ordered X 2. Was contacted this item was being cancelled due to their inability to 'acquire' the product. Honoring the order/commitment was not important to them. There is a pattern of this behavior seen in the reviews. Expect the worst and hope for the best.

After seeing a lot of reviews, I was quite terrified to order. But the price for my exhaust was around 100 dollars less then elsewhere. So I decided to give it a try. Delivery took 5 days and it came without any issues in the original box. So thumbs up. Great experience.

I ordered an exhaust system for my truck, had free shipping and I had it in 3 days. Everything was perfect, easy experience.
Ordered x 2 light bulbs in may. Knew they would be awhile till in stock. No communication from company. Finally the beginning of Oct I called and voila the parts are in and are shipping today. Poor customer service.
I read a lot of the negative reviews but took a chance anyway as the price was just too good to pass up, my experience was 5 star , timely shipping, good communication and the part was exactly what I ordered, I will definitely shop with RV & Auto parts again
I needed a part for my off-road motorcycle for a trip scheduled to start April 20. I ordered the part which was listed as "in stock" on April 3. I later got a call saying it was back ordered. The RV & Auto Parts customer services rep told me they would have in stock by April 10 and delivered before April 20. So I did not cancel my order and go to another vendor. Its the evening of April 19 and I am loading up. No part. No communication beyond the call and the promise. It is just a $170 sale to them - but an important trip for me that I do not get a second chance at.
My impression is that these folks are unreliable. My experience is consistent with the reviews I have read.

They made no attempt to call me or email me concerning order. Absolutely poor customer service. Stay far, far away from these incompetent people. Get better customer service from Joe Biden!
