J'ai effectué un retour depuis plus d'un mois et toujours pas de remboursement. Le service client renvoie des réponses génériques... Site à éviter!

The clothing is great but the customer service is, as others have said, non-existent. I asked a query that took RVCA a month to respond to, and ironically their response after a month assumed that because of the elapsed time my query had already been dealt with.

I've returned an item as I ordered two sizes, it's been a couple of weeks and received nothing so far.

I'm unlikely to order from them again; they're clearly unable to communicate or process basic operations with any semblance of proficiency.

Disappointing as I love the trousers I got.

Ho effettuato un ordine il 20 febbraio di 3 articoli. Il 26 febbraio ricevo la notifica che l'ordine è stato inviato ma uno degli articoli non era più disponibile. Ciò nonostante non ricevo né un rimborso né un buono per l'inconveniente.
Scrivo per portare alla luce il problema è ricevo risposta da un bot.
Ritorna l'articolo disponibile, lo ordino, e di nuovo dopo 5 giorni ricevo l'annullamento dell'ordine. Rifaccio l'ordine di nuovo. Oggi ricevo di nuovo la notifica che a causa dell'alto numero di richieste l'articolo è esaurito di nuovo. In tutto questo provo a scrivere al servizio clienti e di nuovo rispondono con un bot. SERVIZIO CLIENTI PESSIMO, NESSUNA CURA DEL CLIENTE.

No customer service, full stop. I ordered an item and a week later the order was cancelled because it was out of stock. The day after my order was cancelled, the item was back on the site, but €15 dearer. I reached out to find out why this had happened and I have received nothing back over a week later.

Después de realizar una compra online la prenda ha venido manchada y rota. Puesto en contacto con la empresa para comunicarles la incidencia sigo sin tener noticias de una solución al problema. Lamentable el trato u la dejadez con los clientes. Para nada recomiendo la compra de esta marca.

Mi experiencia está siendo muy negativa, llevo más de 10 correos electrónicos enviados para que me envíen el número de seguimiento de un pedido, solo me contestan con un correo electrónico adjuntando un número de seguimiento del 2025, es increíble pero cierto, hice el pedido el 7 de enero del 2026 y me envían un número del año 2025
Lo he puesto en manos de PayPal y reclamación del reembolso...no volveré a comprar en esta Web o tienda ni la voy a recomendar a nadie... vaya timo

Purchase this brand beanie for my boyfriend for Christmas. The style was what he normally goes for and that's what I chose but it was very tight around his head and stuck up in the back he would like me to return or exchange it for something else. Other than that the color was fine which was a light gray. He mentioned that he doesn't like it are RVCA as much as he used to since they've been leaning towards more surfing

Disgrace of a company from a customer service perspective.
While the products are good they let themselves down consistently in logistics and service.
3 consecutive orders were problematic with 2 never arriving and the 3rd delivering a faulty product. 2 months later after returning the product I am still waiting for a refund

Die Marke gefällt mir vom Design her gut. Ich hatte mir damals ein T-Shirt in den USA gekauft. Jetzt habe ich in einer Aktion (Rabatt ab 80€ Bestellwert) drei Artikel gekauft. Ich habe einen Pullover mit einer 6cm offenen Naht am Ärmel erhalten. Habe nachgefragt, ob sie mir einen Austausch anbieten (gleicher reduzierter Preis da Aktion) oder ich den Pullover zu einer Schneiderin bringen kann und mir dafür ein Gutschein erstattet wird. Ganze 10 Tage habe ich auf eine Antwort gewartet. Ablehnung durch die Qualitätsabteilung! War mein erster und letzter Kauf!

2,5 Monaten nach einer Rücksendung habe ich vom RVCA-Kunden"service" die Nachricht erhalten, dass der externe Retouren-Dienstleister ihnen mitgeteilt habe, die Kleidung sei getragen worden. Dem ist nicht so. Die Rücksendung wurde daher abgelehnt. Zu diesem Zeitpunkt hatte ich das Geld schon per PayPal-Konflikt zurück erhalten. Ich kaufe meine Kleidung fast ausschließlich von dazugehörigen Konglomerat (Billabong, Quicksilver, DC). Davon werde ich in Zukunft Abstand nehmen. Zudem: Warum habe ich dann die Ware nicht zurückgesendet bekommen? Ich habe sie ja bezahlt.

Ordered the Duobench from them. Received a shipping notice with a tracking number, but it appears that was fake. Do e with internet shopping from unknown companies.

Purchased a product it came with defect but apparently the defect doesnt reach the requirementa for a warranty so theh gave me 30% to purchase another one, i thought it was joke hahahah

Placed an order the end of June. Here it is August and still have not received the order/product. Have emailed them twice with no response. This company must be a scam. Before other company’s show ads for companies they should vet them. Very disappointing!!!!

Ma femme m’a acheté un maillot de bain pour la Fête des Pères, je ne l’ai mis qu’une seule fois et après l’utilisation plein de taches jaunes sont apparus sur le maillot suite à la bande qui qui a déteint (photo à l’appui). Le service client a répondu qu’il ne s’agissait pas d’un problème de qualité, mais bien d’une négligence de ma part. En bref, une honte

I never received the duobench I ordered for 49.95. I had faith with the “promo” they were running since it regularly sells for $200+ on amazon, then only to find out lots of disappointed customers had the same experience I had. I’m filing for cancellation thru my credit card company since the email they sent is going nowhere. Please don’t buy from this site or vendor.

Ho effettuato un reso, ho provato a contattare il centro assistenza, ma ho ricevuto solo risposte da un bot, a oltre un mese di spedizione del mio reso non so dove sia finito e non ho ricevuto nessun rimborso. Rettifico poi a distanza di un mese il servizio clienti mi ha effettuato il rimborso nonostante non abbiano ricevuto il reso che molto probabilmente è stato smarrito..

Es todo una estafa, llevo un mes esperando mi pedido pero no llega.no hay seguimiento de ningún tipo,y el servicio de atención a el cliente es un fraude.

Placed an order for 1x T-shirt and 1x shorts 4 weeks ago. I had an email saying it had been dispatched with DPD to my address in the UK. Logged onto to DPD's website to check the delivery today and it initially said delivered to a name that wasn't mine nor any of my neighbours.

On further investigation, my package has been returned and wasn't even attempted to be delivered.

RVCA are saying the money will be back in my account in 72 hours, but I go on holiday in a couple of days (hence reason for order) and dont have time to get to the shops now.

It's experiences like this that really damage consumers trust in small brands.

I placed an order for two items on rvca.co.uk and then saw all these negative reviews so was worried my order was doomed! It wasn't! The items were shipped separately but I received both quickly and had email updates throughout which was consistent with their website. Also, items were great and very cheap for what they were! I know rvca went through change of ownership so maybe there were teething troubles they're now past 🤷‍♂️

Hice un pedido que me daba como entrega el día de hoy, envíe dos correos por cambiar la dirección y para saber porque aún sigue en preparación pero no contestan, servicio al cliente que no existe, para cobrar van rapidos pero para contestar parece que no, hice la compra para un cumpleaños y por supuesto se quedará sin regalo ya que no llegará en la fecha indicada.
