Ordering online was easy. Delivery service was sufficient time. I'm sure if we can't find what we need around our area, we will look on there website again.

The G4 bi-color LED matched the description, arrived quickly, and was fairly priced. It came with longer than normal leads which would be easy to clip to length, but in my case allowed me to bend them so that the LED could be positioned in the center of the fixture and be pointed in the correct direction.

The thermostats arrived as expected and work great. I will consider using RV Upgrades again if the need arises

I placed my order online on a Sunday and received confirmation on Monday. They have the product I wanted at a great price and shipping was great also.

Great communication about shipping and part. Unfortunately when I received the part as it arrived being damaged. I had to return the part back and requested for a refund.

Item as described. The tracking number link was wrong sending me to a different website so I couldn't track my item it kept saying that it was invalid. Need to work on quicker communication with customers.

Ordered the eq systems self leveling system. It shipped quickly, it was a great kit. I took off 1 star for the instructions. There was no description of where the pump is supposed to be located. There was also no mention of that the rear cylinders are intended to be linked together on the retract side. Odd oversight in the instructions, as the rest of the instructions were great.
