Well for a start the receptionists are very friendly and always ready to help. The optician I have been seeing is very professional and knows her job very well and I feel very confident in what she tells me. She is also extremely nice.

Brilliant engagement, care and attention from Tulsie - I really hope I got her name right. She is wonderful.

Friendly and professional, have used for the past five years.

Poor service. I would definitely not recommend this branch and question the competence of the person who did my eye test. Despite an additional £30 to have a more in-depth analysis, I was wrongly advised that there was no need for cataract treatment in the next couple of years. I got the prescription glasses but still could not see clearly so went for a test in Boots 2 months later and was referred for cataract treatment on both eyes immediately.
I was also given a prescription without a signature which is a necessary/legal requirement, so I could not get glasses with the prescription and had to request a signed copy and go again.
Finally, I was not given an alert for my next appointment.
I contacted the CEO, Mr Woodfall, initially to lodge the complaint and he gave a super polite response while denying that there was a problem, he questioned my experience and supported Sana, the manager who had dealt with my complaint defensively and not at all apologetically.
Altogether a very disappointing experience.

Each time we've gone in for an eye test we're greeted by the lovely team. They're also very punctual and precise also.
