From my initial call to Carmel on 18th November 25 to completing the sale 15th April 26, Ryder Dutton have been fantastic.
Michael came to value the property armed with a portfolio of similar properties that had recently sold to reassure me that the value was a fair reflection of the market. Viewings were arranged almost immediately.
Nicole, my assigned negotiator, kept me aware of progress every step of the way from details of viewings to final completion. She phoned me every week without fail.
