Ordered a shelf over a month ago. When you ask about your order over live chat they just direct you to the support email. Support never gets back to you
They claim to have sent me a refund publicly, likely in an attempt to regain credibility. Their claim that shipping has been delayed due to covid is also likely a lie. I ordered months before lockdown

Hi Sean you have placed you order during peak time of COVID-19 , We have informed all our customers that shipment will be delay and support will be limited during those time; to protect our warehouse, admin and support staffs from COVID-19, we have temporary closed our biz operations.
However, we have full refunded to our all customers who couldn’t wait during COVID-19 peak time.

we are waiting for two months now for our order. In the beginning we were told that it would arrive soon (we were told 3 times) but now we don't get any answer from them anymore and we still haven't received our order, nor did we get our money back.
