My experience with Sandy's Salt & Softeners Ltd was excellent. Jack was extremely helpful and flexible sorting out what I needed and a date for the installation. (It was the end of 10 months building work). John who installed the water softener, water filter and triflow tap was a first class fitter. My under sink cupboard looks well-laid out, neat and tidy. I highly recommend this company.

Engineer arrived as expected and got to work straight away. Made an excellent job of installing new pipework and stop cock, serviced water softener machine and left things very tidy.

Quick response to phone call. Installed next day by extremely helpful man who explained everything to me patiently. Pleased with dealing with this company from start to finish.

From start, to finish the whole experience was professional and completed on time and exactly what we asked for. I really recommend the team at SSS and would not hesitate to use them again.

Excellent service, delivery and communication

IT WORKS the new Salt based softener is so different to the old Water Conditioner we had. The fitter did lots of extra work and the bathroom is looking fantastic.

Jack is always good & helpful. They are a great company to buy from. We have had our Cube just over two years & we are so pleased with it.

Repair and service were partially successful but I found after a couple of weeks that our water wasn’t as soft as usual and after I investigation realised that the water softener by-Pass valve was left open. Thus most of our water wasn’t being softened. I have now closed the valve and the water is getting back to normal.

This was a complicated job to fit a water softener into
a new cabinet. They found one which fitted into the space by looking on line. The tap provided they found was not good so they offered replacements. The work involved changing pipework and even replacing a faulty
electrical socket. All the work done very well, totally satisfied with the result.
