The customer service has been excellent from the moment of visiting the showroom to view and order our table through to delivery. Response to emails is super quick.
They send you photos of the selected planks from the factory so you can check you are happy before they start production.
On delivery day we were sent tracking information and accurate delivery time.
We are delighted with the finished product. The quality is excellent. We would highly recommend this company and definitely purchase from again.

We found S10home online as we wanted a large extendable round table and the Vivian table was exactly what we were looking for. We travelled to the showroom to see the examples of their furniture, and were very impressed by the quality. Everyone has been extremely helpful; we have been kept up to date with the tables’ progress and we took delivery yesterday after an 8 week wait. We are more than delighted!!

I ordered a rectangular oak table, and it looks and feels like something double the price. The craftsmanship is impeccable, the wood grain is beautiful, and the finish is smooth and durable. It's rare to find something this well-made at such a fair price. Delivery was quick, setup was easy, and the whole process felt premium from start to finish. After viewing several tables at the S10 showroom in London, I decided on a 120cm round dining table in natural oak. I was also given the chance to choose the planks used, as I only wanted a few knots showing in the finished table. I was given an 8 week lead time and this week and on time the delivery was made. The two gentlemen all the way from Ukraine did a superb job unpacking and installing the table. I am so pleased with the table, a superb high quality product with the finish I had expected. I highly recommend you take a look at S10 when looking for a new dinning table.

The table we received is lovely. Well made and the delivery was smooth. Downside is that they advertised 8-10 weeks delivery but actually took 12 and I only found out about the delay because after 10 weeks I chased. They didn't seem to think this delay was a problem so I assume it is normal for them, so they should advertise accordingly.

Absolutely love my new dining table. It looks fabulous, so well made and the wood grain is beautiful! Customer service was great and the guys that brought it in and put it together were on time, quick and so polite. They also left everything immaculate. Can highly recommend

I nearly bought a more expensive table from John Lewis then found this gem online. The table is beautifully made, the correspondence throughout the process was excellent (you even choose the wood!), shipping was faster than expected and the delivery team were brilliant and even built the table for us. Can’t recommend enough

Our extendable Vivien dining table from S10Home is a total game-changer! Closed, it's the perfect size for everyday meals, but when guests come over, we just slide it out - no hassle at all. The mechanism is smooth, the extension leaves fit seamlessly, and the design is consistent throughout. I love we didn't have to compromise on style for practicality. Worth every penny.

I’d highly recommend S10 Home - they’ve been fantastic throughout and we are so happy with the finished product. My experience with S10 Home has been exceptional from start to finish. The table and chairs I ordered are beautiful beyond words, and the craftsmanship and design that went into them is obvious. The customer service was also top notch, with frequent progress updates (which is nice, as the products are handmade so you have to wait a little longer than usual to receive them).
