Title: Full Payment Made, No Delivery, Repeated Delays and Legal Action Being Considered
I am sharing my experience with S7Automation to warn other companies considering placing an order with this supplier.
We placed an order for a Siemens Field PG industrial programming laptop, including the requested software and licenses, for a total amount of €6,109, paid in full in advance. The payment was made to Third Eye Pictures SRL, the beneficiary indicated in the supplier's pro forma invoice, while all commercial negotiations and delivery arrangements were handled with S7Automation.
Despite receiving full payment, the equipment has still not been delivered.
Since the beginning of September 2026, we have faced repeated delays and explanations that kept changing. We were initially informed that the Field PG had been sold in the meantime and that another unit had to be ordered. Later, we were told that the replacement unit had a damaged screen and that a new unit would arrive shortly.
We were repeatedly promised shipment updates and an airway bill (AWB), but we did not receive the promised shipping confirmation. Our attempts to contact the supplier by phone and email have also been unsuccessful or have gone unanswered.
This situation has seriously affected our business and our relationship with our own customer, who was expecting the equipment on time. To limit the impact, we even had to provide our customer with a temporary replacement computer.
Despite our repeated attempts to resolve this matter amicably, we have not received the equipment or a satisfactory solution. We have now contacted a lawyer in Romania to initiate the appropriate legal procedures to recover our money and resolve this dispute.
As of the date of this review, we have neither received the ordered equipment nor obtained a satisfactory resolution.
