Buyers be ware… I purchase a $150 shawl from the website and for 3 days no update whatsoever and when I try tracking my order using my order number it shows “order not found” and when I try to contact them whether by the phone or email, no one is answering or responding.
I saw an advertisement showing a regular $60 necklace at $19 that was on sale. The code didn’t work and after 3 days they responded it’s only 40% off, but the site was back down to 30% off. Customer service was horrible. These prices are misleading. It was never $19 yet they have active ads saying it is. So after holidays and new years , they’re raising prices instead of doing better sales like every other business in existence
I bought three shawls from this company two weeks ago. They arrived and are nice quality, but the colors were not quite what was pictured so I decided to send them back.
Unfortunately, the return process is difficult. Initially, the link to the return page was broken, so I called and emailed but got no response. Later, I was able to find the returns page and initiate a return for the items. The instructions say that the company will send a return label after 48 hours, but that was a week ago and I have heard nothing.
According to my email tracker, my emails to the company have not even been opened. This was a pretty expensive purchase, and I'm very concerned I won't get my money back. I'm planning to file a dispute with my CC if I don't hear back.
No matter how nice the clothes are, I won't buy from this company again, given its terrible return system. Saachi, if you're listening, please contact me!
Update 8/23: Upgrading to 2 stars (from my initial 1) because I did, in the end, get my refund. I filed a dispute with my CC company and lo and behold, Saachi sent me a mailing label a few hours later. The money was refunded the next day.
Obviously, I shouldn't have had to file a dispute. If you order from this company, keep careful track of all correspondence in case you need to do the same.
