> was offered repair and to cover shipping
> not going to pay for shipping if it is 20% price - for a product that lasts less than a month
> passive aggressive replies - customers aren’t your enemies. the philosophy seems to be minimise costs rather than maximise customer satisfaction. not paying for shipping, just want my hard earned money back.
tldr: buy elsewhere. I’m not the only one that experienced this, look at the other review.

Absolutely love my Saarco pieces. I have worn the rings and necklaces everyday for about a year and they still look brand new (I always get compliments on them too). The customer service is 10/10 and I received my package’s remarkably fast. Cheers Saarco!

Terrible quality, won't give a refund
I ordered a bracelet and necklace for my boyfriend for Christmas. When he opened it and went to put the necklace on for the first time, it broke. On Saar Co's website, it describes its jewellery as being of "impeccable quality". The opposite is true. I then emailed them showing photos of the necklace and asked for a refund. They said they don't do refunds for broken jewellery, only repairs. Why would I bother to repair jewellery that breaks before its first wear? It will probably break again even once its fixed, and I'd rather spend my money on better quality jewellery. It's very disappointing that refunds are offered if someone simply doesn't like their product, but they're not offered for faulty products. I've asked multiple times for a refund, but they ignored my last email. So if you're after good quality jewellery and good customer service, don't bother with Saar.
