I was thrilled about the possibility of Sales Cloud Consultant course from Salesforce giving me a leg up in my career. But what actually turned out was that the study materials were not only hopelessly out of date but more importantly also too focused on legacy features such as Classic UI, instead of Lightning Experience. Moreover, the teacher who is supposed to be explaining real-life situations very often only read the slides word for word. The labs kept on breaking and half the time people could not use them, and when I opened a support ticket, the problem would be solved just after a few weeks. Pretty soon I realized that the course was not the one I needed because I could not pass the certification test. The reason is that the topics like Sales Cloud automation and CPQ basics have not been discussed in the course. As a result, I am now in a difficult position with a worthless piece of paper and a complete waste of time. Do not commit the same mistake as me.

With humble expectations to level up my skills and get an internship, I registered for the Salesforce CRM Analytics course. From the word go, the course content seemed simply old and out of place. In addition, the videos were of low recording quality, and instructors did not make the explanations clear enough when explaining the topics ‘data blending’ and ‘Einstein Discovery’ without examples. The labs failed to work 50% of the time, and (actually) no one (from the) ‘support team’ answered for days. When I finished the course, I realized that I was wasting time without learning anything practical. The ads required practical skills, and the course did not even explain how to connect the dashboard properly. And now I am in the dead-end explaining the pause in my CV because this ‘certification’ turns out to be just a piece of paper.

Our Instructor, Udit Kumar was very knowledgeable, patient and made the learning experience interactive also while keeping us updated with the latest trends and also shared useful tips and tricks to accomplish tasks efficiently, which was great to witness from a Developer's approach of problem-solving.

The Developer path can be quite demanding, especially when it comes to fully grasping core concepts. I would suggest extending the bootcamp duration slightly to give learners more time to absorb the material.

The sales team assured a mentor and job but once I had paid they were gone. The coursework that was provided in the videos was done years ago and there have been no updates on new Salesforce releases. The questions in the quizzes that were marked as correct were actually wrong and the "certification prep" was no more than a joke — only a PDF of expired exam questions. Upon lodging a complaint, the support team took weeks to get back to me and it was just to say 'we will check it.' At the same time, my peers who took other courses have already found internships while I am still unable to grapple with the basics. I have been taken for a fool.

I like the structed format created for the entire course module. it would be great if the real time case study should be more focused. whenever i have raised query and same has been resolved with all support. Format wise good all topics has been directly linked with trailhead module will help to do more practice.

First of all, this training was reportedly going to teach me everything about the job related to it, and in fact, it was just a basic presentation in appearance. The most important points such as the automation of the working process and the models of safety were omitted in 10-minute clips, so useful material was just dragged on for hours. The "final project" was nothing more than a farce, i.e., the completion of the task could be likened to re-arranging items in a sandbox, as there were no real expectations or problems immediately taken up as they occurred to the client. Not only have I finished this, I was not even able to solve a question on validation rules during interviews. The fact is, I had to enroll in another course at Udemy, which cost me an extra $300, in order to obtain the necessary qualifications left unattended by the current course. A total rip-off.

Originally, I wanted to follow this course so I could enrich my career. As it turned out, the course was shambolically organized. The so-called advanced topics were in fact the things that were repeated from several different courses with different, more sophisticated names. The final project was to have been related to the industry, although the instructions were not clear, and the comments took a very long time to be given, plus they were overall in nature. After I registered a complaint, I was informed that "the course is self-paced; thus, any problems should be your concern." Thus, the "certification" that they fed me has still left me with nothing I could use. Another thing that comes to my mind if you think about doing this course, forget it!

At first, the course assured me that it would provide practical knowledge cases and support for finding a job, however, it turned out that I only had access to 2018 PowerPoints and was in charge of a half-baked 'project' which nobody even cared to go through. The section on CRM integration was dreadful! There were no live examples there, solely some theoretical stuff. I contacted the customer service for assistance but unfortunately, I didn't get any good news - they attended to my request after three days and answered me with copied and pasted information from Salesforce documents. I have paid more than 500 dollars in the hope of acquiring a mentor, yet the only thing I got from the 'career coach' was a standard resume. Now that all my money is gone, I am left with no knowledge and also without any skills that were useful in the market.

Offering a $200 voucher for certifications all over their website, when I enquire they claim they do not offer this, I showed screenshots and was told they can't see it. Don't follow through in the hope of getting the courses as well as a voucher, it's not happening.
